Short YouTube exhortation by Justin R. Lester (with a second speaker) explaining why prayers may go unanswered: the speakers cite Mark 11:24–25 and argue that unforgiveness blocks answered prayer, urging listeners to forgive because forgiveness frees the forgiver. The clip closes with a prompt to view more content.

I know why your prayers aren't being answered.
See, here's what the word of the God said.
Mark 11, verse 24:25. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and is yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone.
Forgive them.
So your Father in heaven will forgive your sins. So what's blocking your prayers?
A lack of forgiveness. Remember, forgiveness doesn't free them. Forgiveness frees you. Let it go.
