YouTube sermon-style video by Justin R. Lester arguing that there is no permanently unforgivable sin; what is commonly called the "unpardonable sin" is described as ongoing hardening of the heart (blasphemy against the Holy Spirit) that resists repentance and rejects the Spirit’s convicting work. Lester emphasizes that forgiveness is available to anyone who repents and believes in Christ, cites Romans 6:1 (new life in Christ; baptized into Christ; raised to new life), and invites viewers to respond in comments and subscribe.

I found the one sin that Jesus won't forgive. Are you ready for it? It doesn't exist. The good news of the Gospel is that we are forgiven. Oh, but what about blasphemy against the Holy Spirit context? Blasphemy is the ongoing hardening of your heart against the Holy Spirit who's trying to lead you to repent of sin and believe in Christ. And furthermore, it's an issue of the heart that manifests in your word. So you are not welcoming Jesus in and intentionally pushing the Holy Ghost out. Forgiveness is a byproduct of our repentance to Jesus, which all of us can do. And for some reason we want people to go to hell so bad instead of rejoicing blessing that we are forgiven. Jesus can cleanse anyone and anything. Jesus loves you so much he gave you new life. And that's what we find in Romans, chapter 6, verse 1. By no means are we those who died to sin. How can we live any longer? Don't you know that we were baptized into Christ? That just as Jesus was raised from the dead to the glory of the Father, we too live a new life. All things are passed away and all things have become new. If you're grateful for new life in Jesus, brighten new life in the comments and hit that like and subscribe button because.
