"the first AI customer researcher."
Okay, now this is amazing. Listen Labs came out with something amazing that will give you an opportunity to make thousands of calls to customers. So I want to tell you guys about this, not only from church and business, but listen to this video first and then I'll come back and give you my thoughts on it.
Introducing Listn, the first AI customer researcher. Listen speaks to thousands of people per week and tells you exactly what they want and why. Here's how it works. I want to find out what marketers think about our website. With this prompt, Listen creates a discussion guide. Listn then taps into our network of millions of users to find the perfect people to interview. Within seconds, Listen starts hundreds of conversations in parallel. What do you think about this site?
Looks cool.
What's cool about it? I mean, having an AI that can help you go in one hour, Listen has done thousands of interviews and turns them into an executive summary. Common themes, standout quotes, video highlight reels, and even slides. Iconic brands like Microsoft, Canva and Chubby's already use Listen to make their most important decisions faster. We've raised 27 million from Sequoia to make every company customer obsessed.
So this is game changing to me when it comes to churches and this is game changing when it comes to your business as well. So first of all, let me talk about churches. So for churches, think about you being able to talk to not just every guest, but people in the city and community that are around your church to get the perception about your church, about the pastor, about the leadership, all of that. And you don't have to worry about doing a bunch of focus groups or finding anything you can do really serious data driven market analysis using Listen. Secondly, think about your business. So businesses, you're able to then do this for your business as well. Really the issue with so many of us is that for businesses especially, you're reaching just the first layer or second layer of your influence. You're going to the local spaces you're engaging in. Small businesses stay small because you're waiting to go viral. Anything looking to go viral is looking to die. Because most of the times we're looking to go viral, we don't have to. We are not ready to sustain the viralness. So here's what we can do. Listen gives you an opportunity to get the information, get the data, know what people are looking for, know what the market's looking for. And oftentimes we're marketing things for ourselves, not marketing things for the people we need to reach. Listen gives you an opportunity to do that. So it's a great tool. I'm going to play around with it. So follow along for more use cases and around with this. But I think this is amazing to watch. They just raised a whole lot of money. I think it's going to change the game for churches and businesses. All right. You already know you want the business for your business. I'm that tech pastor. If you ain't hear it from me, it ain't real. Peace.

AI gives you hours back every week. Most people's first move is to fill those hours with more work.

Most people stall out on AI at the exact same step. They don't know where to start.

The New York Times spent a weekend with me. Digital twins, AI, the local church, all of it.
