A short YouTube exhortation by Justin R. Lester encouraging churches to support, pray for, and invest in trained media teams (sound, tech, video, multimedia) responsible for live streams and in-person audio. The speaker emphasizes the visibility gap—media teams work largely unseen—and urges pastors and congregations to celebrate and train these volunteers so online audiences receive the gospel without technical interruptions.

Every Sunday, we pray for the live stream. Not because the Lord doesn't move inside the house or on the live stream, but because, you know, some folk got problems with unmute buttons. Praise Team is singing, I'm trying to preach. And other people start hearing stuff online that we don't want them to hear. That's why it's important for you as a church as you continue to grow and think about technology. It's one thing to have someone who's just running the soundboard. It's another thing to invest in people who know how to run things. You need people who are trained and are training people in your ministries, whether it's your, your sound ministry, your tech ministry, your video ministry, your multimedia ministry. And then lay hands on the live stream people, lay hands on the soundboard. Don't throw away the media team because you don't know them, but you don't see them. They are really engaging with a whole nother world out there that's reaching, is getting reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. So this is me advocating for the media team. Media team, keep going, keep striving. And pastors, celebrate your media team. As a matter of fact, comment one person who's on your media team below so we can shout them out, too. God bless you.
