Boosting Leadership Through Nervous System Safety

In this workshop excerpt, the facilitator leads a group of women through a brief, embodied exercise designed to create nervous‑system safety and a shared sense of presence. Participants form a circle, hold hands, and are guided to take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. The facilitator explains that this breathwork helps calm adrenaline, regulate blood flow, and reduce vulnerability. The exercise concludes with an invitation to “stamp” the moment—imbuing the space with high energy, light, and a memorable collective intention—thereby reinforcing group cohesion and leadership presence.
