In this solo motivational talk, Elizabeth Munoz, founder of Soul Haven, shares a personal anecdote about discussing the movie K‑pop Demon Hunters with her 6‑year‑old daughter, which sparked a conversation about the paradox many women experience—feeling simultaneously "too much" and "not enough." She explains that this internal conflict stems from ingrained nervous‑system patterns that cause women to hide or shame parts of themselves. To address this, Munoz introduces "Radiance Hacking," a multimodal toolkit that blends modern psychology, ancient wisdom, contemporary science, sound frequencies, movement, scents, and other sensory techniques to coax the nervous system into real‑time coherence and resonance, thereby restoring awareness and the ability to show up fully. She calls on women who feel dimmed, hesitant on camera, or undervalued to join a free workshop, inviting them to bring friends and sisters so they can collectively dissolve the lie of competition, reclaim their radiance, and rise together in sisterhood and community. The talk is supportive, empathetic, and action‑oriented, emphasizing belief in oneself and collective healing.

Elizabeth Munoz here, founder of Soul Haven, and I was having a conversation with my 6-year-old daughter regarding the movie K-pop Demon Hunters, which I absolutely love. There's a part where Rumi, one of the main characters, she is ranting about the whole feeling of being too much and not enough. Ultimately, what needed to happen is she needed to crack. She needed to realize that all of her was worthy enough. She needed to embrace all of her and stop hiding parts of herself or shaming parts of herself and become whole and then use her voice to then bring in her other sisters and help them to break free from their chains. And together, united, they were able to then rise in sisterhood and defeat the enemy. And this is such a strong belief that is engraved in our systems. My daughter turns to me and says, Mom, that is so silly. How can somebody be too much and not enough at the same time? And I was like, Isabella, you are right. And I'm like, girl, good job. At least my daughter doesn't feel that. And I hope she will never feel that if I have anything to do about it. But the reality is so many of my soul sisters, so many of the clients that I work with, so many amazing women out there have this burden of constantly feeling like they're too much and not enough. And it's time for us to shift that. It is time for us to reclaim our radiance. And I have created Radiance Hacking. Essentially, they are different tools that I've put together using modern psychology, ancient wisdom, modern science, sound technologies, and different frequencies, as well as movements and scents and really engaging all 5 senses to trick our nervous system in real time into coherence and bring us back into a state of resonance, which means we're able to show up, we're able to do the hard things, we're able to have awareness. And the key there is having awareness. So if this is something that calls you if you're feeling that too much, not enough, if you feel like you've been dimming your light or afraid to show up on camera or not trying to charge your worth because you're simultaneously feeling that push and pull that has been ingrained in our nervous systems for way too long, and you're ready to start breaking that and breaking that paradox and rising, then let's rise together. It's a free workshop. I welcome you. Invite your friends, invite your sisters, because together We rise. It's time, ladies. We are not meant to suffer alone. We are meant to rise and heal and thrive in sisterhood, in community, as it always has been. Let's dissolve the lie that we have been told that we need to compete with each other and hold that container in that space. I love you all so very much. Whoever you are, wherever you are in life, you are welcome. You are worthy. And I will hold that for you. Because I believe in you. Now you just have to believe in yourself. I love you.
