In this solo presentation, Elizabeth Muñoz—known as the "Radiant CEO"—shares her 17‑plus‑year corporate journey marked by relentless proving and performing that led to severe physical burnout. A pivotal moment arrived in 2021 when her 19‑year‑old goddaughter Brianna died in a car accident, a tragedy that forced Muñoz to confront the cost of her own neglect and to honor Brianna’s legacy. From this crisis she forged the concept of the "Radiant CEO," a role she defines as becoming the chief emotional officer of one’s own life, leading through emotional coherence and regulation rather than external validation. Muñoz explains how women often lose their innate radiance by internalizing societal pressures to perform, and she outlines a path back to authenticity, joy, and purpose. Drawing on her work with thousands of women and her books, she invites listeners to reclaim their radiance, lead from resonance, and collectively become a sunrise of shared light that can improve the world.

How you beautiful humans doing today? Good. Yeah, so I am Ms. Elizabeth Munoz, known as the Radiant CEO. What is the Radiant CEO? The Radiant CEO is someone who has chosen to become the chief emotional officer of her own life, someone who leads from coherence and someone who leads from regulation, no longer leads by proving, performing, or burnout. Mm. Now, this wasn't always my story. I was in corporate for 17-plus years, and I was very successful, always proving, always performing. On the outside, I looked like I was just doing amazing, but inside, I was slowly destroying my body. My body was shutting down. I was in excruciating pain. But that wasn't enough to stop me. And then something happened that changed my entire world and turned it upside down. In 2021, my goddaughter, she was 19 years old, she was living with us, she was working 3 jobs, got lost to the hustle. And one day, we got a phone call. The county morgue was on the line. Oh my God. Brianna had been in a car accident. She was doing a Lyft delivery. She fell asleep at the wheel, and the car behind her didn't get a chance to stop, so they hit her. When the morgue showed up— or when the morgue called, they told us that they needed us to come identify her body. Oh, my God. And it was her. You know, when you get that call as a parent, it's something unimaginable. You're thinking all the things. No, it's not her. It can't be her. There's no way. It was her. And when we went to identify her body, she looked like she was sleeping. And I remember in that moment just thinking, Brianna, wake up. Please, I'm sorry. I should have paid attention. I should have been there. I should have noticed that you were hurting, that you were struggling. But I was too caught up in my own world to see, too busy proving, performing, trying to get that next deal. At that point, I had to help my family heal. And I had to realize that it was her legacy that I had to carry on in this world. Mm. So many of us women, as little girls, we dance, and we sing, and we're happy, and we're radiant, and we show up just full of life. Somewhere along the line, that gets lost, because we feel that we have to prove and perform, and somehow we forget that we're worthy just for being alive. And that is what I want to help women remember. I've worked with thousands of women through my books to help them reclaim their radiance and realize that it's about coming home to yourself. So many women are trying to find their purpose. Your purpose is to live a joyful life full of radiance, full of authenticity, and come home to yourself. When women Lead from resonance and reclaim their radiance. We are a sunrise, not a spotlight, and there's room for all of us. So I would invite you to rise with me and step up and step into the light, because we can make this world a better place. Thank you.
