The content is a solo narrative focused on productivity and real estate investment strategies.
Listen up. Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of the work that you're not doing. Here's a challenge. I'm going to spend 30 minutes a day, and only 30 minutes a day doing the thing, taking action, calling agents, generating leads, negotiating and seeing how long it will take me, 30 minutes a day to get a deal. That's a challenge. And the work begins now. All right, that's my timer going off. Our 30 minutes are up for the day. So what did we get done? Well, I spent day one, the most of my time today, really just going after leads. So I was looking at a lot of the popular platforms, not going to name which specific ones, but it was more than one where I would look in a specific market and I would see that the properties on market did not match what was actually on market. When you go and look at something like Zillow, right. So I was seeing in a particular market over 500 available properties on market that are active. And. But then when I would go search one platform, I would see 215, I would go search the other, and I will only see like 95. So there's so many opportunities I was missing out by not directly sourcing leads from some MLS like Zillow. So I started going through it literally by hand, manually. Now, I have systems built out to do this in an automated way, typically, but I'm using those platforms. Well, if those platforms aren't capturing all of the leads, that's a problem. Right. So I started going through all the leads manually. I started filtering down on what sellers are open to seller financing, literally putting it in the search terms. So I made a phone call, found out that one of the potential opportunities where they were open to seller finance, we just couldn't agree to terms, but it was still a good conversation. Found a couple more opportunities that I'm going to dig into tomorrow. But since I ran out of time today, I. I spent most of today just tracking leads, really, and made a couple phone calls. And tomorrow I'll start making more phone calls, continue to track leads, and then we're just going to start building just day after day after day, and we're going to see how long does it take for me to get a deal. So day one is in the books. Let's see what day two has in store.
