Foreign. We can't do anything with the P and L if we don't have the balance sheet. Typically, when you're buying a business in the due diligence package, they're going to give you a profit and loss statement. And so this is an actual profit and loss statement that I'm looking at that I received for a business I'm looking at buying. And we have our normal stuff, our sales, our net income, our ebitda, we have some add backs. But guess what we can do with this P L. We can't do anything with the P and L if we don't have the balance sheet. Why? Because the balance sheet is the most important financial statement and I didn't even get the balance sheet in this package that I received. The balance sheet is so critical. It is one of the most important things that the banks are going to look at. And if you're going to get institutional funding from banks, you need to have a strong understanding of the balance sheet. The balance sheet is going to tell you what their debt structure looks like and it's also going to tell you what their working capital looks like that's going to give you a better overall picture of their financial health. So if you're getting financials, quote unquote financials from your business broker or the seller or whoever you're talking to, make sure you're getting the balance sheet so critical.
