This is a YouTube video titled "Co-living Nightmare: Shared Bathrooms KILL Tenant Retention!" featuring a speaker discussing the challenges of managing a co-living property with shared bathrooms, focusing on tenant retention issues due to lack of private baths. The content is a monologue or single-speaker discussion about property management struggles.
Have a co living property. It's five bed, three bath. And that's a real struggle with people, you know, not having a private bath. There's three, three beds on the bottom floor that have to share one bath and two beds on the two rooms on the top that share a bath. And it's kind of like, you know, a lot of the higher quality tenants that call in, they're immediately turned off by the fact that they don't have a private bath. So it's, it's been a struggle for me just filling it just because, you know, you mentioned the retention factor is that they have to share a bath and it's tough.
