Welcome to the Mundo Show. My name is Mundo. I am your host and I am one of Pace Morbi's business partners where we own a 181 unit apartment complex together. I'm a two time CFO of the year. I own multiple companies. I have been featured in Forbes and I've spoken on the same stages with some of the best such as Grant Cardone, Cody Sanchez and Pace Morvy. I am your host where we talk all things related to real estate and business. So let's go ahead and dive right in and talk to today's guest. All right, welcome back to another episode. Today we have a special guest, Max in the house. And we are going to talk about his journey in business and everything he's learned along the way and what's led him to be successful to where he's at today. So thank you for joining, Max. Happy to have you here.
Happy to be here. Amanda. Thanks for inviting me. Definitely. It's a pleasure.
Awesome, man, awesome. Well, let's just dive right into it, man. Tell me about your background and what you've done in business to get to the point where you're at today.
Ooh. I started working when I was 14. I literally, you know, I started working at the construction business and I was invited by the guy and within less than a month, the owner of the company literally came to me and said, like, I want you here after you're gonna finish the school. I'm like, why? He said, like, you outperform all of the guys that has been here for 20 years. And like, at that time I started realizing what it means, the power of, you know, you are completely focused on what you do. Like one task, that's all, nothing else. So. And yeah, I'm never gonna, you know, I'm never came back to the same industry. So, like, I started my own business when I was 17. If you remember. Do you remember those, like, payment cards? The one that you purchase and you load it to your cell phone? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So that, that, that, that was my first business that I started when I was 17. I literally was buying the cars, was driving through the different stores and sell them in a different location. It was fun at 17. So definitely learned a lot about, you know, the relationship with the people and etc.
So, man, that's awesome.
Yeah, it's been quite a journey, so.
And kind of. So maybe talk about, you know, what else did you do after that? Did you do some other business ventures?
Oh, yeah, yeah. I started my trucking business, I think, when I was 22. I purchased one truck. I started with one truck, then I purchased another five trucks. So. And at the time I had a partner working with me. So literally I. I was managing the entire company. I had two partners by my side. And after about seven months, I realized there was something wrong with the books. Like, literally, you know, we've been working, I was planning, we've been, you know, diving deep. And after seven months, I realized there is something wrong with the book. So I started diving deep with the accounting and I realized that my partners actually was splitting on the income in a company between themselves and my company. I'm like, how's that even possible? So at that point of time, I have to go through the hard time making decision to get rid of the company because it was like too much in a dab. And I'm like, okay, that's. That's kind of. That's gonna be a fun ride. So I had my trucks repossessed because everything was on my name. Literally. They just. You use patient, everything. My. My credit, everything, you name it. And I lost everything. Like, literally everything just because I. I choose the wrong partnership. I didn't check the people, I didn't sign the proper contracts. Like, nothing. I was too young. I had, you know, not enough experience to. To tell you the truth. So it was, it was a tough time for me to, to let it go. Probably. I spent another two years just by, you know, gathering more information, look at looking. And after I think four years of like just, you know, to living my life, I open up another company, but I open up another company with the right partner and we open up the company completely on cash. Like literally just paid off equipment. We didn't hire too many drivers. We. We've been working by ourselves like a long time. We. We got multiple contracts locally. So like we, we signed up a few companies that we was hauling internally. And so we was dropping off the trailers they loaded up for us. We send the drivers and they deliver into the same places, like the same routes, pretty much direct. You're probably familiar with it. After that, I think it. Yeah, the two side. 2008 happened and we started losing. We started losing the contracts. We started. I started losing the contracts one after another. I spoke to the shippers, they said like literally we have to cut the shipment from the 100 shipments a week to 10 shipments a week. And that was the tough time. The good, the good part that we didn't, like, we didn't have any payments. Like, we, we had all of the equipment paid off and everything, but because it. We could not provide the jobs for, for the drivers. We have to look somewhere else. So I have to, I have to step down from the company. I literally gave it to my partner and said, you have to run it and I'm gonna go do something else. So I moved on and I start looking into the wholesaling. So I started doing the Amazon wholesale and around that time it was like so fresh. No, no one even knew about it like at that time. If you're gonna remember the, you know, the 2008, 2009, it's literally like, I think it's just was crazy beginning of it, but. Or maybe, no, maybe I don't remember exactly the year, but I think that that was my next step. So.
Did you take any like, course to learn that or how did you learn that?
No, no, no. Course, actually. No, hold on. The wholesale, I did. No, no, no, no, it wasn't, it was not the 2000. No, it was not that time because I did the wholesale from my medical equipment because I had a medical office and I, I had the access to purchase the equipment and I were able to sell it. That's okay. Yeah, yeah. No, it was not my next step. Literally, it was not my next step. Sorry. It was not around that time when I had a medical office. Like, I had, I had doctors that are coming over, internal medicine, they, they treat the patients in my office. We had physical assistance. They was treating the, the patients in the office. And I had access to all of the discount equipment. So, like, I decided why I'm not going to take advantage of it, because, you know, it's always a way to make money somewhere and people just underestimate how much access they have. So that's, that's when I started my wholesale, when I had a medical office because I can have access to the providers that can, you know, I can purchase on the discount prices. And that's when I had zero knowledge. I didn't purchase any courses. I just started, literally. You know, I had a buddy of mine, we've been chatting about it, and he said, like, you know, this shouldn't be so complicated. Anything you're gonna start literally gonna require you just to try it out. I heard really good story today about two fishermen. One I said, oh, I need to purchase all of the equipment, I need to learn the courses, I need to study. I need to do that. So I'll be back in six months. The other one, just take the stick, took the rod and go on the lake. He tried, he broke the, the stick, he Said, okay, this is not gonna work. He took the other one, he found a different rod. So like months later, he already was catching up a lot of fish. By the time the other one came back to the lake, the, the, the first fisherman is already took the entire lake. He already have all of the wholesale to the stores and everything. So he literally create the entire business for, for the time while the other one was getting ready. So my mindset is literally just jump on it, try it out, see how it's going to work, how it's going to play it out, use your experience and go for it.
Nice. So do you feel like that's transitioned well into what you're doing now?
Oh, yeah. I mean, the experience, what I learned from the businesses definitely helped me a lot. Like, I can look to any, any possible scenario and I already see, oh, this has happened to me. And that's, that's what the golden about the experience that I probably failed more times trying different things than somebody even thought of trying. So that's, that's what give you the knowledge. That's what give you the experience. That's what, you know, kind of make you who you are. And I think this, this is valuable. I, I met one of the. When I was developing the decentralized storage. I was traveling around the world. We was in a lot of different crypto spaces. We was meeting a lot of different people. And I met one of the cool guy. He, he was the owner of the manufacturing in China. At some point, they, they had over 8,000 employees. And I think he was doing it for like two or three decades. And he literally told me, don't tell me, what do you do? Tell me how many times you fail. And at that time, like, huh, that's an interesting scenario. Like, you know, he look at the people like completely different than somebody else.
Yeah, no, that's definitely a different way of thinking, for sure.
I mean, you know, if you, if you're gonna try, you're gonna fail, and if you're gonna try again and again, you're gonna fail. You say same like, you know, Einstein, how many times he tried, how many times he failed. And like, until he, he succeed and everybody's different, right? Like one, one fisherman will gonna take six months to, to find the perfect lake, perfect rod, perfect everything. And the other one already gonna be what, 10 steps ahead by trying an arrow.
Yeah, I think that that's, you know, characteristic you see in a lot of successful people. It's, you know, there's a lot of times they're not Any different than any, you know, anyone else, right? But they just, they kept failing and failing and failing and they push through it and push through it and they're just, they just didn't quit. They're just standing on the other side. When people quit, you know, six steps ago, they're still, you know, with a black eye, you know, band aids all over them. So at the finish line, right? And then now they're, they've conquered the world and they're the best in their class of whatever they're doing. And then people look at them and say, oh, how, you know, how lucky you are to be where you're at, right? And you know, those people can smile and laugh about all the beatings they took along the way.
Yeah, no, I think it's like, it's really valuable point. And I remember back in the days when I was actually going to the financial courses and try to, you know, get an education on more finance because I got two degree on in economics and I'm like, huh, I need to learn more. I need to dive deep more. And I met this guy, he, he was in a financial institution and he was teaching people how to trade. Literally, his phrase, you didn't lost until you sold. I'm like, what? Literally, when the stock is going down, it doesn't mean that you lost the value of it. It means that if you're gonna sell the stock, then you lost, but like, while you're still holding the amount, you're still in the game. And at that point of time, like, huh, if you didn't quit, you literally didn't fail.
Exactly.
So I, I really like the, the way the Rocky, you know, like, was saying, doesn't matter how many times you're gonna get hit. You know, it's the matter of wanting actually gonna get up.
Yep, yep. For sure. What? Any other times you've been punched in the mouth and gotten back up that you can think of?
Oh, man, it's like so, so many fun stories about it. Like. Yeah, it's been, it's been way too many times. I'm like, if you, if you're gonna put it in the ring, it was like probably unlimited amount of time, like education and learning and different curves. But it's always exciting me, you know, like just trying new things and try to educate myself and get the knowledge which is, I can actually pass it to the other people right now, like, I have to step, step down from my own project of being the co founder because I have to take the different path because, you know, like, we, we had a different, we had expenses over like $100,000 a month just for the developers. And like it's a lot of money. Like you need, you need to have the entire business in place to, to make it happen. And when it's a startup, was, was that much expenses, I mean, it's kind of tough. So I have, I have to, you know, find a creative way. I have to fire people, I have to hire different developers. Has been quite a journey and like when you're going through all of that stuff and like it's, you know, it gives some good lessons to, to, to, to your background.
Yeah. Yeah. So what's, what's on the roadmap for you over the next six to 12 months?
For the next six to 12 months, definitely. I, I do want to build a solid relationship with the people in real estate. Like I have, I have a game plan. Write it down over there. Literally just 20, 25 solid relationship and a real estate game that any time of the day or, you know, during any, any vacation, I can literally reach out to them and find out what I need because I already have a solid relationship with three people in real estate. But I'm looking to get it to 25 because for me this is like magical number because everything comes from the relationship. I really like the phrase where if you want to be a millionaire, do the work, but if you want to be a billionaire, create your network.
Yeah, I mean that sounds exactly like, you know, what Pace has done. Right. He created the environment and it just grew to something pretty large and it obviously grew his own net worth in the process of that. Whether that was intentional or just happened by accident, I mean that's, that's effectively what happened, right?
I, I don't think it's by accident. Like he's, he's a really smart guy. He had a really good mentors behind, behind his back. He purchased a lot of good, good lessons. Definitely it was intentional because ever, you know, everything he do, he, he can purchase any deal he wants, but he's still taking the money from different people for the, the same reason to build a relationship because you never know what's going to happen tomorrow. And like now he literally can call what over 5,000 people of like his closest friends. And that's the beauty of it. Like, you know, when you actually realize how important the game of the relationship is, you're going to stop looking at the numbers. You're going to start, you know, creating the relationship. Especially in the real estate game, like there's a lot of realtors that need you and you need them. And try to imagine, like, you know, if you have the solid relationship was like five to 10 people, how much value they can bring to you or how much value you can bring to them, like for just from one community and any, any, you know, point of your time, you always can come back or they can, you know, if you're going to be in first five to call for them, you literally don't have to do anything. I remember the time when I was traveling outside of the country and like, everything my business, my entire business was from my cell phone. Like, I spent 15 minutes on my phone just like, you know, signing the contracts, like choosing what I need. Tell them, send the, Send the contract, I sign the contract. And the rest, like I went with. My day just literally on the phone was, you know, by having the relationship, literally when I had, you know, multiple companies, people travel to find me what I do next, how they can actually be the part of my business. Because everything was. I, you know, I was building is all around the relationship because I treat people the way I want to be treated. And I see this is like, you know, really misunderstood in a business industry. If you remember back in the days, it was like just the one handshake. It means that you already have the contract. And today without, you know, the, the paper, it means there's no contract. But at the same time, people who are, you know, can shake your hand and, and close the deal for you, you're gonna call, come back to them within a year or two, they're always going to be there, they're always going to help you out. But the people who you sign the contract with, they're not going to be there even within an hour.
Yeah.
So that's, that's the reality of, you know, of our life. I really, you know, think this, this is the biggest value of the, you know, of our community and what we can actually bring to each other.
Yeah, no, that's a great goal, man. Building 25 solid relationships. And not just 25 random people. Right. Like truly 25 solid relationships. I mean, that's, it's a lot harder than you think it is because that takes time. It doesn't happen of like, hey, how was your day? Okay, cool. I'll call you in three months. Right. That's not a relationship. No. So what do you plan on doing with. With those relationships? Obviously that helps, you know, kind of build a network both in which you can receive but also give value. Right, but what in terms of that value, whether Creating or receiving, what is it you're looking to accomplish?
I mean, you know, with the mindset of like, unlimited possibilities, everything is possible. And I really like the story of the pace. When he mentioned when he was sitting between two guys, one guy on the right and one guy on the left, the guy on the right sending him a text message like, I have this deal. Do you want it? He literally copy paste to the guy on the left, like, do you want it? He said, yep. So he literally connect two guys between each other and make, you know, commission in between just one text message sitting next to two guys. So when you have 25 solid relationship with the people in the industry, like, the sky is the limit, right? Everybody want to, want to be successful. Everyone, everyone want to grow their portfolio. Everyone want to build, you know, something that it's going to be generational wealth and etc. And with the 25 solid relationship that you're going to build around, like, sky is the limit, right? Like, because, for example, you start with something, right? You started somewhere and now you're completely on a different level. Now you have multiple deals with space. But what's your next step is how you want to be in like, you know, two, three years. Can I be the one who's going to help you to achieve this? Because if you're gonna think about, you know, the relationship, if I'm gonna help you to generate like six, seven figures, do you think I'm gonna be able to generate 6, 7 figures on the way with you? Yeah, exactly. So that's, that's why, that's why money comes from the relationship. Money comes from the other people who you can help. And like, you know, with, with my background, with my knowledge, with my connection and network that I built over the years, just doing different industries, it's. I think it's unlimited. I, I probably have less contacts in my phone book than Pace, but I still have a lot of people that I can reach out to, like, you know, in a different, not only the, the country, like in a different part of the world.
I don't think anyone, to be fair, anyone has the amount of contacts that man had.
Oh, yeah, yeah, that's true. I think this guy, like, literally just crazy about building a network and relationship. And he's consistent, like, he knows exactly what he wants. You know, he, you know, he knows his goals to, to the teeth. He knows his numbers. And it comes from the experience. It doesn't come from just imaginary, you know, things that you're gonna read in a book. It's Gonna come from the taking action.
Yeah, exactly.
And does it doesn't matter if you visionary or integrator, if you want to grow, you know, the first step is to make it first step. I really, I really like the phrase of a really good friend of mine. He, he literally break it down to the law of attraction is action. If you don't take an action, nothing gonna happen. Right. If, if you do, if like for example, if you want, oh, I need $100, I need 100 right now. Like I need like, you know, whatever, just the God or universe bring me the $100. Right. And the next thing gonna happen, your neighbor will gonna come to you and hey, you know, like do you have time? Like you know, do, do you have like extra two, three hours? I have bunch of cans in my backyard that needs to go to the aluminum and that's literally, you know, you 100 bucks. But you're like, no, I'm too busy. Like I need to find something else. Literally you didn't do the work, but there is a money right behind you, you know, your backyard. And that's, that's the beauty of the action. Like literally people are missing out the opportunity that's right in front of them because their brain somewhere else.
Yeah, I think some of that is, is mindset and you know, not being able to see the bigger picture and the bigger opportunity. And if that bigger opportunity, in most cases, you know, I agree with you. It's building relationships with people first and everything else will come afterwards. Because no one's ever done or made money without another human involved. Right. At some point, even if it was AI, you built some AI software. Well, guess what? A human probably built that. And then you could make an argument, well, AI can now build its own software. Well, at some point humans were sitting at a round table and decided that we are going to train this AI bot to build something. So there's really no argument you can make about not having people involved and the importance of that when making money. Business life, I mean just everything in general, man, it all comes down to relationships, just like you said.
Yeah, no, I mean technology is fascinating. Like I, I remember the time when I was, was going to the GM motors and I think it was like we, I, we, we had uh, we tried to sign up the contract with the JAM Motors in, in Michigan and I went to the manufacturer and like I, I didn't remember the year, but first time I've seen those, the robots that drive around the warehouse and actually do the, you know, deliver the stuff for you like literally the line of the machines. No, no, human. I'm like, how's that even possible? Like literally. And then I started, you know, looking deeper into it. And for real, if you're gonna put machine versus human, the mistake always going to happen by the human being. And if you want to like, you know, think about the process, people can automate a lot of things, but are you in the right state mind, are you like in the right, you know, feelings of it, like to, to create something better? Because you can wake up and like you have, you can have a bad mood and you're not going to see what's in front of you. And now you're writing the code which is going to have the error. Right? I remember that statistics that they told me. I still remember they said out of the entire manufacturer there is only like certain percent of errors comes from the manufacturer and all of the errors comes from the people putting the wrong part into the machine. That's all the rest of the machine works like, you know, with no failure. And that's that, that's the biggest issue. We, we underestimate our own fields, like our own mindset. That's what's bringing us to, to the point where we don't live in the present. We always somewhere else. We like thinking about the past, how it was fun, how it was cool, or we're always thinking about what's gonna happen like tomorrow, where I need to be, you know, like in, in 10 years. But how about enjoying right now and actually think about your personal wealth. Because wealth, it's not only the, you know, the, the money and you know, everything around you. It's, it's your health. Because if you don't have the house, you're not gonna be able to do anything. Go, go to, go to the, you know, all elder people and ask them, can they run the 100 meters? Do they, do they have the power to run the 100 meters or do they have the power to run the entire business? Probably not and they doesn't want it to. But you have everything in your mind and you still losing that momentum of like thinking about it, your health. Because you can build a legacy. But you need to start from yourself. You need to, you know, start from thinking like what do you eat, what do you read, where you know how much time you spend for the activities. Because everything is connected. If you, if you're gonna think about your mind, it's racing with the such a high speed to stop it, you need to exhaust your body. Like if you're gonna think about it. If you're gonna exhaust your body, your mind will gonna slow down and when you're gonna connect these two dots, like, it becomes the, like no brainer now. You need to take care of yourself first and then everything else will gonna align around it.
Yeah, man, that's. That's good stuff. So how can I. How can I help you in what you're doing?
How you can help me help me to help you to make money?
You flipped that on me. I like what you did there.
I mean, I can, I can help you in different multiple ways. Like I said, you know, I know you. You're running different businesses, you run different companies. Just tell me what are you struggling with and how I can help. That's the, that's the, that's the only way I, I know how to build relationship. Like everybody has money. Every Bonnie's like, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but in a week. I might be your resource. I might be the guy who's gonna, you know, bring you the money for the deal. I might be the, the guy who's gonna bring another deal on the table. I might be the guy who's gonna sign the contract for you for your logistics business. Who gonna, you know, bring like six figures just over the year in a contract. That's. That's why, like I said, you know, how I, how I can help you to make, you know, six, seven figures just with the relationship with me.
Yeah, no, I. I love that. Obviously. Yeah. I mean, I think the biggest problem I have is I can't like, seem to keep up with all the relationships I currently have. I have so many people contacting me on a daily basis. It. It really is. It can be overwhelming, to be honest. And, you know, I think about when I first joined sub2 in the community that, you know, it's. Everyone wants to connect with people and build those relationships. And now I just got them flying out of everywhere. Right. I can't even keep up. I'm like three or four days behind on responding to people. Usually that's a good problem to have.
It's an amazing problem.
Being more. Yeah. Being more impactful with those relationships. I think is. Is great, great point that you mentioned, you know, making them, turning them into meaningful ones like that.
100. 100. And I remember when the guy named Bradley literally breaking down into. Everybody have 24 hours. Like you, me, we both have 24 hours, but you and me together, we have 48. Because if. If we're gonna, you know, break it down into the proper System between you and me, who's gonna take care of what. Now you literally create the 48 hours out of 24 because you and me knows, you know, like how we can proceed with this 24 hours and now you're going to hire another 10 people. Now you have what 240 hours a day. Like the problem that you have, it's, you know, it's required the system to build around everything you have because you still want to spend the time with your family, you still want to build those relationship. And some of those relationship will going to require somebody else by your side to build those relationship. Even, even the story where the pace was talking about, you know, he have to ask the person, the assistant to find the proper gift for somebody else that you know was in his network. You don't spend that time to, to build those relationship. You, you have to start somewhere. Like if you're already at the point where you need to spend time to, to follow up with the people. Now it's a time for you to build a system that it's not gonna fail. And you already like failing. You say like to, to respond is gonna take you two, three days. Hire another person who you're gonna give you a mindset to and literally gonna break it down. Okay, I need you to do this. This, this, this is the template that you're gonna use. This is the time that it's available for the urgency calls. This is the time that available for you know, just ongoing process follow ups, find out all of the dates, important dates and literally just build a system around it. Now it's, it's cost you money, but now you have more time in your daytime because you don't have to think about it.
Yeah, no, I, yeah, I've started working on some of that as far as calendar planning and really kind of setting my, my time where it's time management where it's spent for the whole week. So I've been making a lot of good progress on that, just trying to balance everything.
So you're still gonna have 24 hours. I mean like you, you cannot like you know, extending 24 hours a day. And that's why I really like when the Face brought up Dan Martell, he literally mentioned that if you don't have an assistant, you the one and probably.
You are the assistant.
Yeah, and that's true. Literally, you know, your time is like everybody have the same exact amount of time. But the priorities that you do around that time, that's, that's what makes you the choice that you make around those hours because when people saying that I don't have time it means that I made a choice not to do, not to proceed with this choice. Because everything is a choice, right? Like for example, if, if someone will gonna stop you and gonna tell you oh you're not gonna have tomorrow you literally will gonna rethink your idea of like what's the next step should be. So it's a, it's the matter of your choice. How are you going to make that choice and how you're going to proceed with the. You know was the next step. And that's, that's what builds you, that's, that's what builds your character and that's what builds your system and that's what's going to help you to, to hire more people to give the right tasks. You literally can breaking down your follow up system between like two, two three different assistants out of like Philippines for eight bucks an hour. And they literally the everything they're gonna do just like you know, take your template that you prepare for them and going to reply back and forth and going to build you know, whatever you want. That's, that's the beauty of building the system and automation and like I, I really you know passionate about the technology. When we was building the you know, the project and was traveling around the world, AI is like amazing. The, the way you can set it up, whether auto replies and you name it, it's like, it's unbelievable. Yeah, it's gonna have some glitches like anything else but at the same time it's gonna save you what, 80 of the time. Time probably.
Yeah. So have you, have you seen the chat GBT operator? I haven't used it yet but I was curious to see if you've seen that.
Not really.
Yeah, they have like an upgraded subscription. Apparently it can like basically crawl any website like Facebook and send out messages on your behalf and do kind of stuff like that. Which I was really interested in seeing, seeing that play out. But I figured it probably not good for me because I already got my Facebook band so I should probably take a break from that.
Maybe, maybe you're right, maybe you're wrong. Maybe it's a time for you to use the chat GPT on your behalf that not to get banned because yeah, what's gonna happen, you know, like the AI will gonna talk to the AI and now they're gonna find the common grounds instead of you.
There you go. Find a way to keep my account active.
Exactly. So no, I have not seen it. I'm not, I'm not even sure how it looks like I've seen the similar system that you can automate the entire communication like four years ago. And like using, using the different systems like it's all code, right? Like someone, someone, as I mentioned, someone literally spent time put the, put the entire process in place, like breaking down into the, you know, patterns. Okay, what's going to be the next reply? Reply reply. What, what, what what is going to reply from? It's going to reply from your standards answer like faq. Right. And that's all like the automatic replies I think like the first one I've seen and we, we built like it was five years ago or like even six years ago before the I started. Like it's literally based on the information that you're gonna load load inside of the system. And now the, you know, the GPT just take the public information and create the answer at the same time. One is gonna hit the point where it's gonna keep repeating itself with the different answers. Now somebody else is gonna need to step in. But automation was the GPT. I think it's like, it's a future definitely. You do wanna look into it. You want to find somebody who can help you to, to build the system. Maybe it's gonna be me.
So nice man. So as we kind of wrap things up, how can people find you, connect with you? Em help be one of your 25 people?
Absolutely, yeah. You can find me on Instagram, you can find me on Facebook. Facebook is Max Borisov on Instagram. I do have multiple. The one you probably want to reach out to. It's make dot choice dot today and that's, that's what I'm building around. Other than that, probably you can pass my information in the link somewhere below and we can find a way.
Yeah, for sure. Yeah. Provide that to me. I'll definitely do that. I'll drop that in the, in the comment section or in the description of the video and make sure people have a way to connect with you.
Awesome.
Awesome man. Well, thanks again for coming on the show. It was a pleasure. You dropped a lot of knowledge bombs today. A lot of good stuff to think about. So I'm, I'll definitely. My brain will be churning think about all that stuff. So I appreciate you coming on the show.
