Here is How you can start Investing in Real Estate

Mundo Sanchez walks through how to start investing in real estate, focusing on the challenges of managing properties yourself and the option to partner with experienced operators instead.
Welcome to the Mundo Show. My name is Mundo Sanchez. I am one of Pace Moreby's business partners where we own a 181 unit apartment complex together. I'm also a two time CFO of the year. I have been featured in Forbes and I have spoken on the same stages with industry titans such as Grant Cardone, Cody Sanchez, and my business partner, Pace Morty. I am your host where we talk all things related to real estate and business. So let's go ahead and dive right in and chat with today's guest.
If you're looking to get into real estate, maybe you got some extra cash laying around. I will tell you real estate is the fastest way to grow your wealth and to do it securely. However, there are some pretty dark and ugly things to real estate, such as that behind me. So I'm at one of my properties where I just evicted a tenant. I won a judgment order and got them evicted. So now I'm taking repossession and going to go ahead and clean up this property today. I mean, for me, honestly, this is just another Saturday afternoon. And if you're wanting to get into real estate, but you really don't know where to start, you need to partner with operators like myself that really know what they're doing, that have gone through all the headaches like this and don't even blink an eye when something like this happens. I mean, look at this stuff. This is a mess. It was actually way worse the other day. I was here yesterday with a buddy of mine and we cleared out the whole place. This property, literally, you can look right here, had syrup all over the place. They intentionally put syrup all over the place. It was all over mattresses. You got syrup on the wall. Really fun stuff, right? Did I convince you yet to join me in real estate? Well, you don't have to deal with this. You know, there's a lot of different components to real estate. Let's say you have capital. I am always looking for capital. I'm always raising capital. I have no shortage of deals. So if you have capital invested, that is a way that you can get into real estate. You can actually get 10%, 12%, sometimes even 15% annual interest on deals and you can even get equity in the property as well. So that alone just providing capital, that is being engaged in real estate. When you partner with other people that know what they're doing, that can take care of this stuff behind you, when that stuff comes up, I know how to handle it. So there's lots of ways to get into real estate. So if you're wanting to get engaged in real estate but you're scared you don't want to deal with these kind of issues, you need to find a good partner that can handle all this stuff that knows what they're doing and can remove all these headaches from your life. That way you can go focus on making more money for whatever you do in your day job. So if earning double digit returns is something you're interested in and having your investment secured by real estate invest, feel free to put a comment below.
