I'm probably spending 5 to 6 hours a week now on managing my calendar, but it's helping me stay accountable and accomplish more and do more with my time. And I mean, it's just crazy. Like, without really tracking it, you really just don't know what you're doing. But when you see it on paper, and especially for me in a color-coded system, I'm like, what are you doing doing this? Like, you said you were going to do this and this and this, and you spent, you know, 3 hours doing that like that. And then so like I can correct, right? And then like not focus on that. Or like sometimes I'll get irritated with myself where it's like I got this goal that I had to do on Monday and it kept getting shifted out to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. So then like on Thursday it's like, all right, this just became a non-negotiable. When it hits 8:00, I'm dropping what I'm doing and I'm doing it right, making that phone call.
