Short transcript of a speaker (from a YouTube video) advising landlords that properties must have electricity before leasing. The speaker reports discovering two properties without power and says they must get electricity turned on immediately.
So now I am done being on site at this property. This is why you got to show up. You gotta have boots on the ground showing up. I had no idea that there's two. This property and another property has no power. So I know a lot of landlords that will just, like, try to let it ride. You can't expect a tenant to lease a property that's got no power. You just can't. You gotta have electricity. You have to. So I got to get electricity turned on for two properties today, and that it's got to get done.
