This is a YouTube video titled "Real Estate During COVID : From Podcast Listener to Property Mogul" containing a monologue from April 19, 2025, where a single speaker recounts their experience buying their first house during the COVID-19 shutdown and how they started building their real estate portfolio by experimenting with different strategies inspired by podcasts.
I actually bought my first house March 12, 2020. And if you can remember that timeframe, that's, like the same week, like, everything shut down. Yeah. So it was. It was an interesting time, but that's, like, really, like, how I started my journey. My first one was a flip, and I had to just, like, prove out the concept. So, you know, I was listening to all these podcasts. I kept hearing Burr. So I was like, I need to do this bird thing and try it. And that's kind of what started the snowball and just, like, kind of built my portfolio from then. It's just like, trying everything out, all the experience.
