This is a YouTube video titled "Real Estate Investing with a W2: The $100 Secret! #shorts" created in August 2025. The content features a single speaker discussing the mindset and financial discipline needed for real estate investing, emphasizing the value of spending $100 a month on lead generation software despite having a W2 job and financial constraints. The speaker encourages using a W2 job as a financial advantage rather than an excuse.
Like, you're talking about wanting to accumulate millions and millions of dollars of real estate. You're not willing to spend $100 a month. And not that I'm anything special or anything like, super successful, but I guess why I feel like I'm probably a little bit better suited on this one specific topic is because I do have a W2. And so people that have the excuses of, oh, I have a W2, and I can't find the time, you know, I'm here to slap those excuses out of you because that's not an excuse. I mean, or that that is an excuse, right? And it's not an acceptable one. You could have a W2 job. And let's be honest, man, it's. Life is expensive. You know, the inflation is just killing everybody, right? So people are working a lot harder, and their dollar is stretching a lot less, right? So I totally understand if people are working at W2 is spending a lot of time and, like, just barely making it, right? I mean, I totally get it, but I see people complain about spending $100 on a software like Loi Blaster, which is what I use to generate a lot of leads, and it's really helped me a lot so far this year. And it's like, dude, it's $100 a month. Like, you're talking about wanting to accumulate millions of millions of dollars of real estate. You not willing to spend $100 a month. Like, you can't find $100 a month in your budget. Like, you need to be producing something, right? And, you know, you need to use your W2 as a superpower, right? Because you have a job, and hopefully that job is supporting your living expenses. And you have the benefit of being able to take a different level of risk that other people can, right?
