This is a YouTube video titled "Rental Property Management: What would you Prefer?" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing the challenges and preferences related to managing rental properties, including considerations about time constraints and using property management companies. The speakers are not identified as Mundo Sanchez.
And so are you looking to manage the property yourself? Are you, like, wanting to go down the path of property management as far as, like, I want to start managing my own rentals? Or is that kind of just like, I don't want to deal with this.
Headache as of right now, I don't like because I have a W2, so I don't even think I'd have the time being as my hours are pretty funky. You know, if I had more time after work, I would do it. I know it takes a lot of work to do that, but if the numbers worked right where I could get a management company in there to take to relieve some of the stress off of me, I would definitely do that right off the.
