This is a YouTube video titled "Simplifying Real Estate Deal Presentations to Sellers" containing a discussion between two speakers about strategies for clearly explaining real estate deal terms to sellers, emphasizing simplicity to avoid confusion. The conversation took place in November 2024 and focuses on communication techniques in real estate transactions.
I mean, do you even. Do you even, like, mention to them things like, I'm going to borrow this amount, you're going to get this amount, or do you try to just keep it as simple as you can the whole way?
No. No. A confused mind always says no.
Right, Right.
So I just try to keep it pretty simple. Hey, here's a deal. You know, 60% cash at closing, 40% seller carryback. You know, I'm going to get a loan to satisfy your. Your down payment requirement. And then we kind of, you know, explain the paperwork as it comes out. I usually have, like, an initial conversation with an agent or the seller at a super high level, kind of like as. As high level as we're having right now.
Okay.
And then present the element.
