A talk on managing other people's money and building trust. The speaker stresses the seriousness of handling funds others worked hard to earn and emphasizes that a trustworthy brand takes time to build.
People have to know you and they have to learn to trust you, right? They're not going to just give you money just for the sake of the color of your shirt. They need to know that their money, which they've probably spent the past 10 years building, is going to be safe with you. That is a lot of trust that they're placing in another individual that's very, very serious, and you need to take that serious, and you need to show them what why you deserve that money and you have to take care of them. And that takes time to build that relationship. You can't just make a few posts and sit there and wonder why your deal is not funded. Take the time to build a brand. Do it the right way. Build trust. Make sure people know who you are and that they know that you are going to do the right thing and take care of their money.
