This is a YouTube video titled "Unlocking Seller Financing: My Journey in Real Estate" containing a monologue or single-speaker discussion recorded in 2025. The speaker shares their personal experience learning about seller financing and subject-to deals, their real estate license in Arizona, and how they have been helping clients with real estate transactions. The content focuses on real estate investing and personal growth in the field.

We now do, you know, really learned about subject to learn even more about seller financing etc. Right. And put so much tools and knowledge into my brain and in my tool belt and I will say we. That was like putting gasoline on top of stuff. Right. I finally. Did you join sub 2? I joined sub 2 about two years ago. Okay, nice. Yeah, that was. I joined about a year and a half ago, so a little bit. You joined before me, so that's nice. Yeah, just a little bit. Yeah, just a little bit before you. And. And you know what? Some of the biggest thing for me was I'd been all by myself and I have my realtor's license here in Arizona. I don't market and everything, but I do sell probably about 20 houses a year. Just. I was born and raised here, so people just asked me and for years the answer was no, I can't help you. I'm an investor. Like, you know. But people just assume when you do real estate that you could help them do that in your license. So I got my license and I just say yes.
