This is a YouTube video titled "Visiting our 161 unit apartment complex in Tucson, AZ with my business partner @PaceMorby" featuring Mundo Sanchez. In the video, Mundo Sanchez provides a walkthrough update on a 161-unit apartment complex they co-own, discussing renovation progress and financing details, recorded in December 2024.
What's up everyone? My name is Mundo. Today I'm here in Tucson, Arizona. We are at a 161 unit apartment complex that I own with my business partner, Pace Morby, and coming to do a walkthrough of the property and see how renovations are going. We're about 50% renovated, have a little bit more left to do in our value add project. And we actually bought this property for $19 million on seller financing for 4%. A great buy that we added to our portfolio. And I'm hoping that you can help us grow next year as we continue to grow into multifamily. See ya.
