I built a mini CEO version of myself and had all my employees installed on their laptops. So when an employee is doing high-value work like shipping important features or automating repetitive tasks, little me turns profitable, saying things like founder mode, AGI coming soon. But when employees are caught scrolling, little me turns bearish, saying things like NGMI or down round coming soon and get back to work. I built it on ChatGPT in the desktop app. It was a very easy build. At first, he was just a motivational character, but then I realized he could solve a much bigger problem. I can't personally attend every meeting, so I I took it a step further and I spent hours talking to ChatGPT Work, explaining how I think through problems, giving it examples from my day-to-day work, and refining how little me would respond to specific situations. Now I can be part of every single meeting in the company and help my employees think through problems the same way I would, even without me being there. Hey guys, do you want me in the meeting with you? You're already in here. Yeah, we're good. Great. Scaled my leadership across the entire company.
