Hello. Hello. Welcome to the Get a Six Figure Job You Love and Thrive Podcast. I am announcing a new training that I'll be doing next week, and I wanted to talk to you a little bit about that and what to expect from it and why I'm doing it. So stay tuned. Hey there, I'm Natalie Fisher. I'm a 6-figure business builder, a mom of a 2-year-old, the recoverer of a 10-year narcissistic relationship, and now in a super healthy one. And most of all, I'm a human who's figuring this out with you. This podcast is about how to use your mind to thrive in your career and create the subconscious breakthroughs that you need to get there. The subconscious blocks that you don't even know you have to achieving your highest levels of earning and your best zone of genius moments and days in the flow. That is my goal for you. Let's dive into the episode. And before we dive into today's episode, I want to remind you that I'm the coach who is always going to point you back in the direction of your own wisdom. And so before we get started, I want to remind you, listen to your own wisdom first. This means listen to yourself first and me second and anyone else for that matter. Take what resonates and throw away what doesn't unapologetically. I won't be mad. I won't be offended. In fact, I will be proud of you for doing so because I know from a lot of personal experience that anything is only as effective as the amount of resonance that it has within your uniquely built brain. And something is only going to work if it feels right to you. if you believe in it, or if you want to do the work to believe in it. And that's what I'm here to help you do. Your inner wisdom is infinitely more valuable than mine when it comes to getting your outcomes and for what you are here to do on this planet. So I'm here to help you steer that wisdom in the most powerful way possible. I'm so happy you're here. I'm so glad you're here, part of this. I'm so glad we're here on the planet at the same time. Let's dive into today's episode. Hello! So I spent a good several hours going through all my messages, all my emails, all my DMs, all the posts, and almost couldn't believe, but I counted over 99 offer announcements, offer news, news of offers. And that's through a relatively small audience for, for people in the online space. And so I was, I was thinking, like, I, I really like to dig in and ask people, like, what was the breakthrough? What was it that led to this? How did you do this? Because what I'm seeing is that the false belief, the misbelief that keeps people from actually doing what they need to get the offer, not from lack of trying, but is that they have some, some really big misbeliefs. And the first one is that they don't believe they can create opportunity. They believe more like the subconscious belief is, I just have to keep going and something will work out. Right, or it just takes time. And when we insert those beliefs into our brain, then we feel a certain way and we act in a different way than if we believed I could have opportunities, exciting opportunities next week. I could be in control of setting those up next week. I could be, I could do something today. That could actually create an exciting new opportunity that I didn't have, right? And though that's like the power, that's like power coming from your brain versus kind of like absolving responsibility and just saying, yeah, I just have to keep going. I just have to follow the steps. I just have to you know stay in it, and something will eventually work out. It's not like a really strong, powerful step you take. It's more of an absolvent of responsibility kind of step you take. And yeah, maybe you go through the steps, but they're not powerful. You don't have strong action behind it when you don't fully believe, I can create opportunity. So this was something that I learned early on in my business, which was super important. And it was like, if I hadn't learned this, I wouldn't be here. If I hadn't had this mental shift, I wouldn't be here. But it was you create the the people coming, right? You create the people coming and signing up and working with you. You create that. And I thought, well, it's up to them. You know, if they don't want to, like if they if it's like it's up to it's up to people. And if people don't come, then I can't do anything. It's beyond me, right? Like, it's not up to me. And I remember my coach yelled at me and she's like, no! She's like, imagine if I said that! And she's like a crazy successful coach who has a million-dollar, like $10 million business. And she's like, imagine if that's what I said. I just sat here and I said, well, you know, customers aren't coming. You know, it's beyond me. And she kind of made a joke of it. And And of course, like you can see when someone's successful that they've obviously been taking really strong action and they have been creating that for themselves. You can see that, right? But sometimes we fall into that trap of like, well, it's just not, you know, there's nothing more I can do, you know? And that is the problem, right? So very clearly defined. And that's what I'm going to talk about on the training is defining the problem for you. In an accurate way, because when we can define the problem for you in an accurate way, then we work on the right solution. And so that is one problem. So I'm kind of giving you a bit of a preview here because there are many different things I identified as to why people do not get the job offers. So these are the main two. So the first one is a misbelief that. opportunities are beyond you or the job openings or the ability to find them, or that they're just supposed to come onto the job board or fall in your lap or that they're beyond you. That really, when really the strong, powerful belief that will get you there is that they are within you. They are up to you. They are because of you. And then the second one is that the interviews, you don't have control over how they go. Right? So I think this is probably a subconscious belief. We kind of think, oh well, I'm just going to go to the interview, I'm going to do my best, and whatever they decide is not really up to me, right? Which to a point is true. However, I have never really believed that. I've always thought that I had tremendous influence over whether or not they hired me or not. And I think that that belief led me to, to act differently, to show up differently in the interview. I was like, I could change the course of their thinking I can change what they— what they're seeing their challenge as right now. I can change how they think about their challenge and me helping them with it. I have the power to do that with my words and my energy and how I show up. So therefore, I have a large amount of influence over whether or not they decide that I'm the person they want to hire or not, right? And I think that subconsciously, a lot of people don't believe this, right? And this is kind of proven by the fact that a lot of people will go to interviews and they'll kind of fall into this pattern of getting rejected and then start thinking, oh, well, it's just really hard because there's so many competitive candidates and it's not really my fault. Like, I couldn't compete against this and I don't have this experience. And, and like absolving it again to things that were not within their control within the time that they interviewed. Right. But I've coached so many people and I know that there's moments in the interview where, where they gave up. Right. Like. They were asked a question that they didn't know, or they were asked— they were— a statement was made or something, and there was a moment where they got derailed and where they stopped believing that they could influence the outcome, or that the outcome was already, you know, not going favorably when that was just in their mind. And there are so many little moments that they were not trained for, and therefore their brain decided, I'd rather just give up and assume that this isn't for me or that they're not going to pick me Because that's easier. I'd rather have the certainty of that than keep the belief and have the uncertainty of whether or not I might still be in this. Like I would, I could still influence and I could still show them how the value that I create is worth more than what they want to pay me. And I could still do that. Right. So there's many different things that I've identified coaching the hundreds of people that I have coached, the hundreds of hours that I've spent coaching. And I can say for sure, that you influence the interview a lot more than you even know. And there's very specific things that I teach— I'm going to go through on the training— that directly influence the interview, and things that I can point to and show you examples of exactly how that specific thing that you said or did or thought would lead to a different outcome than when you had not thought of it, not considered it, and just kind of gone in there with an unprepared mind. So that's— those are the 2 main things, is if you are not landing the job offers that you want, if you are applying, if you are networking, if you are doing the things— because every single client of mine comes doing the things for the most part, like they're action takers for the most part, they're doing right. And this might be you. You are a You are interviewing. You are doing, yet it's not working. You don't have the result you want. There are specific reasons why you don't have that result, and they are blind spots. You couldn't see them because otherwise you would have filled them in by now. You would have fixed them. So that's the exact point of why you need to get some someone else's perspective, right? You need to you need to understand what that blind spot is. And so my clients understand that. They understand. They're like, "I know I can't see what I can't." See, right? I know I can't see the mindset that's incorrect or ineffective or inefficient. I can't see that. So show me, right? That's where that's where the growth is. That's where you're available for growth, right? The mindset of like this is the mindset that I see where the people are really struggling and they continue to struggle is they're thinking things like yeah, this is just so hard. I just have to keep going. I just have to stay in it. And like, that might help like a little bit, right? But it's not really effective as far as like precision goes, like surgically going in there and precisely saying, okay, I'm gonna fix this so that this works better, right? It's, it's just kind of saying, yeah, I'm gonna keep going and I'm gonna try to push through and I'm gonna try to be strong, but really I'm not learning and I'm not growing. And it's like It— there's so much available there that we don't know. And I know this because I've been through this myself. I know that I thought I was doing everything right, but if like the results aren't there, then you're not doing everything right. You know, like, um, I hear people say like, yeah, you're doing— like, like your friend or your— or somebody might give you the advice or the reassurance of like, you are doing all the right things, right? And then it's like, okay, but then what? It's like, if I'm doing all the right things and I'm not getting the result, then what? Right? It's like, we'll just keep going. And it's like, there is such a missed opportunity there, right? Like, that is such a surface-level, like, kind of a nothing answer, right? It's like, if that's it— and it's not it. There's so much, there's so much available there when the result isn't coming. And this is why results are slowed, is when people just keep believing that and they don't dig in, because it does require more work to get to the bottom of that, right? And not everybody is willing to do that, right? Not everybody is willing to look at the things they need to really look at to get that precise answer of how they need to take that strong step forward in a completely different way, or maybe in the same way but with a different mindset. They don't look at that. They don't know that they can. They don't know what's under there. I use the analogy of an iceberg. It's like on the top of the iceberg, all you will see Are the surface level actions, right? And then underneath the iceberg, there's so much there. So on this training, what I'm gonna do is I'm going to explain to you how to identify your problem as far as why you haven't landed that offer. You can apply this to any problem, any career problem that you're having. Like, why haven't you gotten that specific result for yourself yet? And if you've been trying for a long time, if you've been getting rejected, if you have been doing the things and you haven't gotten that yet, then I'm going to explain to you exactly how you're going to identify what the real problem is. Because identifying the problem in a way that makes it clear and simple to solve is something most people don't do. They're actually running around solving the wrong problems. So, and to give you an example of that, it's like, This is this is what most people are thinking right now. They'll go to an interview, they'll say, and they'll they'll do the interview, and they they'll think it went well. They'll be like, oh yeah, we got along. You know, everybody had a good rapport. It felt good. It was nice, right? And then they message you saying they email you back saying, hey, we we went with another candidate. You were great. We loved you, but we went with someone who had either more experience in this or more. They were, they seemed like a better fit for us, or they give you a reason that's not really the reason. And then you take that and say, oh, I guess I must need more experience. Like, I guess I must need to get more certifications. Like, I guess I must need to get this right. And that's the wrong problem to solve. Right. We know that because you could go get lots more experience, lots more certifications, and you could go to that interview and they could tell you the same thing. For another reason, right? They could be like, oh well, now you need this. Oh well, now you need this, right? So it's like nobody's giving you any guarantees. They're just telling you to go off and do this stuff and say maybe it's going to work. And it's like, that is fixing the wrong problem. The, the problem that you need to fix is not that one. And I know this because I've been doing this for a long time. So come to the training and we will identify your problem and we will get you off to the races. And from the 99+ job offers that have been landed through my content, you will, you'll get a, a very clear, accurate diagnosis of what you're doing wrong and how you need to move differently. And I will invite you to join me. We have some great things going on inside my program. I will share these more stories of the people who have landed the offers, and I really look forward to meeting you and helping you with your next steps in your career. Thank you for listening.
