Ep #217: The 3 Versions of Yourself & How to Use Them All to Succeed
9 Sept 2024 · 36 min
In this solo podcast episode, Natalie Fisher introduces a coaching framework that separates a person into three temporal selves – the Past Self, the Present Self, and the Future Self. She explains how most decisions are driven unconsciously by past conditioning, and how becoming aware of those subconscious patterns allows the Present Self to make intentional choices that rewire neural pathways. By visualizing and embodying the Future Self, listeners can align thoughts, feelings, and actions with the identity needed to achieve desired outcomes, whether that’s landing a six‑figure job, building a business, or losing weight. Fisher shares personal anecdotes (her father's business struggles, her own therapy frustrations, weight‑loss journey) to illustrate how limiting beliefs are formed and how they can be replaced through habit formation, opportunity stacking, and flexible‑within‑structure planning. The episode concludes with a call to action: listeners are invited to leave a review in exchange for free access to her $97 “8 Reasons Why You Get Interviews But No Job Offers” course.

Welcome to the Get a Six-Figure Job You Love and Thrive Podcast. This is episode 217, The 3 Versions of Yourself and How to Use Them All to Succeed. Welcome to the Get a Six-Figure Job You Love and Thrive Podcast, where I, Natalie Fisher, am teaching you weekly how to land your premium role that you love and thrive in it. Let's go. Hello. Okay, so today I had a big episode that I wanted to do. We'll see how long it ends up being. This is going to be a very sequential episode. So my plan is to kind of give you some steps and some insights into the different parts of you, the different versions of you, and how each of them serves a purpose. Okay? Because we all have different parts of ourselves. Some parts of ourselves serve us and are helpful and are useful, and we want them that way. And some parts of ourselves we want to change, and we can totally 100% make that change. And so with this episode, I want to bring together the 3 parts of you and how you can use them each for serving you the most. So the first version of you is your past Self. That is pretty self-explanatory. Everything that has happened before this moment, and that was yourself as a child, all your beliefs, everything you grew up with, all your past experiences, everything that you remember, everything that your body remembers, like your subconscious memories from your past, all that would go into the category of your past self. self. Okay? And there's goodness in your past self, and then there's a lot of bad habits of thinking in your past self, right? But there's also some good stuff. We don't want to discount that because I'm sure that you've had, like me, you've had some good beliefs. And those good beliefs, like, or those beliefs that have served you, have helped you to maybe achieve or, you know, get to where you wanted to go in a certain area of your life. And so your past is not all bad. It's just identifying where, you know, your past can hold you back and does. Second version of yourself is your present self. And your present self is you right now, which is kind of hard to grasp because as soon as we say that, you're already onto the next minute of your life, right? So, but your present self is where you get to make decisions. And the decisions that impact your future and what your future self will experience and how your future self will live, because the third version of you is your future self. Okay, so those are the, the 3 versions: is your past, your present, and your future self. Okay, so the biggest— the problem is that most people will just make decisions unconsciously From their past, right? Without even knowing that they're doing it. It's subconscious. So 95% of our decisions and what we do is all subconscious. We don't even notice we're doing it. I'll notice myself doing something and I'll be like, oh, that's weird, I wonder why I did that. Like, it's just subconscious. So like when you, when you go to open the door and you, you put your hand on the doorknob and you turn the doorknob, that's subconscious. Right? Nobody needed to tell you to do that. You just know how to open a doorknob, right? So, and examples like that, but for you, unique examples. For me, I'm trying to think of an example of something I might, you know, wake up and just brush your teeth. That's the first thing you do. You don't think about it. You don't debate it. You're not like, oh, should I brush my teeth this morning or not? Or, you know, should I go pee this morning or not? Like, you just subconsciously go and do it. You're not even thinking about it, right? You're not consciously thinking about it. Your body is just— Going to do those things, right? And that all comes from stuff you learned in the past, right? You you were trained to brush your teeth. Your parents taught you that you need to brush your teeth, and it was important for these reasons. Actually, not everybody has that, which I learned recently. My mother-in-law has actually has dentures, which I didn't know, and I was like, oh, that's odd. Why does she have dentures? And I mean, she is. In her 70s, but I was still shocked to hear that because she does— I thought she did take good care of her teeth, and I wasn't sure. And she's like, well, I was never— I was never learning how to brush my teeth. Nobody taught me how to brush my teeth, so I didn't, and I didn't know it was important. And so now I have dentures, right? So it's like, yeah, you might think that everybody does that and that it's automatic, but it's actually not for everybody. So if you have that subconscious habit, you have that subconscious way of being, It's just interesting to observe it and be like, oh, that was a subconscious decision I made, right? Another example is maybe how you respond to people. Like, if you get— like, a lot of our triggers are subconscious, and I use that word mindfully, but just to say, like, if you get a reaction, like, if somebody says something to you and initially your body feels something negative from what they've said, you might react in a way without really even knowing how you're going to react. Like, you might react defensively, or you might, you know, you might blow up at them, or your subconscious response might be to shut down and just go quiet and just walk away or not talk, right? Like, they're all conditioned responses from the past, right? And so the first step is to become mindful of what your conditioned thoughts and beliefs and responses that lead to the responses are. And so if you want to change something, then being able to change that, because first we have to become aware of it, right? So with that said, we need to come into the present and then make intentional decisions about what we want to, what we want to create for the future. And we can rewire our subconscious conditioning. We can rewire it, and it actually doesn't take Sometimes it does take years when it's something really big and it's something that's been really ingrained there, right? But this is, I think, one of the problems I have with therapy. And I'm not saying I have a problem with therapy for other people, just myself. It just didn't seem like there was any end to the therapy. It was like, yeah, you just keep going and going and going and going. There's never any like, oh, I've achieved this, we've measured this result, we are either done with therapy or we're moving on to another thing. Yeah, I think that's a really good point. Another goal kind of thing. It was just kind of like this never-ending thing. And so what I like to do is have it so I'm training you to hit your own goals and create your own successes. And yes, I'm there to support you with all the things that come along the way with that, but every time I support you, I want to be able to give you another tool, another way to think, another thing, another way that you can handle something on your own. So basically like teaching you how to fish in many different ways and many different waters versus just giving you a fish, right? So that's why Another little anecdote for coaching there. But so your present self is the part of you that makes the decisions for now. You make the decisions of how you think, right? How you're going to think. That's something you can always decide, and it can always be a choice in the moment. You never have to think like if it's subconscious, you're just going to think the same way and feel the same way and do the same things. But if you are conscious of your past patterns and what they're creating, which is something that coaching does, and the model teaches you that, the model will break down exactly why you're having this result, why you're doing this behavior, why that's happening, right? Then you can make intentional decisions to steer yourself in a new direction. Right. Which is amazing because every time we do that, we then build a new habit and a new neural pathway, and we wire up a new connection in our brain, which will create a different result. And It's going to take repetition to do that, but it's totally doable. It just blows my mind. It's like, oh, we can do this. We can freaking change whatever thinking— one of my mentors calls it stinking thinking. He's like, whatever stinking thinking we've had from the past, we can fully change it. And I've done it a lot of times, so I know that that's possible. So your present self, that's where you want to get really intentional with how you're going to move forward. in your life to create something new. So using the example of like, I'm like, I wanna use the example of job hunting and business because I'm so into both of them. I love job hunting and I love business. And many people in my program actually, they're, you know, they're, they have jobs or they were looking for jobs when they joined or whatever, but they wanna start a business or they want to eventually have their own business. So I think I'll use the example of business and then I'll use the example of job later if I can use 2 examples. So if say you want to have a business, right? This is the rewiring that I personally had to do. My parents, they had a business and my dad had a few businesses, right? And the businesses struggled. He struggled a lot. They were always worried about where the money was going to come from. There was a lot of worry in my house, a lot of conversations about how they were going to get the money for the mortgage. Like they were very, There was a lot of arguing about finances. There was concern. I remember, and I remember picking up on feelings as a kid too, like just feeling that my dad was worried and concerned, and there was a lot of pressure on him to provide for the family, and he wanted to do his best. And he, my dad, he could not keep a job. Okay, he was fantastic at what he does. He's a cabinetmaker, carpenter. He's He's freaking fantastic. Honestly, he does the best work I've ever seen. But he wasn't—he didn't get along with people for some reason. There was always a story why he would be working in a shop with somebody else, and it just—it wouldn't work out. They would end up firing him, not because of the quality or the speed of his work, but because of silly things like he wanted to change the radio station back all the time. And the person came in, and he changed the radio station back, and then the person left, and then my dad changed it back. And so this. Guy didn't like it, rubbed him the wrong way. So my dad got fired, and just silly reasons like that that he for some reason wasn't able to keep a job. But the quality of his work was fantastic. And so as a businessman now, we're looking—I'm forty, so we're looking probably—I think—I think he's had his business for thirty years now or longer. So when I was younger, he was trying to keep jobs, and eventually he just was like, "Okay, we're starting this business." My mom supported him, and. the business has been building since then, but to get it off the ground, it took a lot of struggle. And it was interesting to watch that, but that was all ingrained in my psyche. That was all ingrained in my subconscious was that, oh, if you have a business, you have to struggle for a long time. If you have a business, it's going to take a long time to get that to work and to build it up and to have it succeed. It's going to take a very long time and it's going to be very, very hard. That was ingrained. And so I didn't want a business for a long time. I was like, nope, I will always have jobs. I will always work for an employer because that's more secure, right? That's what I believed. And now I don't actually believe that anymore. I believe that you are never secure anywhere and that the only security you have is within yourself and your ability to always know that you can figure things out, whatever the world throws at you. So That's the security that I believe we need to adopt so that we can tackle anything, so that we can take on anything. So the future self is dependent on your present self and how you rewire the unfavorable things in your past. And that happens in your present self. So your future self, and I often do this exercise with clients, we'll talk about, okay, your future self already has this, right? Your future self has the job, has the business, has the income, has the lifestyle. Your future self already has this. And we have to operate from an assumption that that's possible. Your belief might be at a varying degree of how possible that is, depending on how much work you've done on it or how close you are to it. But you will need to operate from a belief that, that there is a version of you There could be a version of you, if you can't get to there is, that has these things that you want. Okay? And that version of you exists because there was a version of you who acted like the person who had it. So the tenses are a little bit confusing here, but the person who has what you want already They had to act a certain way in your present, right? They had to believe certain things. They had to think certain things in your present, right? And so I'll go back to the job example. Now, if you say you are somebody who is going to get a 6-figure job, that's your next goal. You want to get a 6-figure job you love. It's in a great environment, high value. Great coworkers, you know, say you know the vision you want, right? A lot of people will then say, I'll say, okay, well, what would it take for you to believe that that's happening? And they'll say, well, for me to get an offer. And so the problem with that thinking is that they're making an offer, they're making something else responsible for them to believe in themselves, that that's possible for them. They're like, no, no, I have to get the offer first. I have to have that to happen first, and then I can believe it, right? And When they're doing that, they're waiting for something else to give them permission to say, I can believe this. I'm valuable enough to have this. I'm worthy enough. I'm capable enough. I did this, right? Waiting for some external thing to prove to you that you can do it or that it's happened, right? When really we need to change in the present at that identity level and start thinking from the identity of the person who has created it. And so when I do this, the answers that I get are answers like, okay, if I already have this business and I'm very excited, I'll be sharing, or if I haven't already shared, I'm going to share some numbers of my business revenue starting from 2019 and how it's grown. But I'm going to share with you that, but say like I'm in 2019, I, and I'm looking at 2024 and I'm like, okay, my business is at this stage. In 2019, I had to be thinking and feeling a certain way in order to create this now. And when I look back at this for myself, I think things like, I'm going to show up for my business. I'm going to show up like somebody who has a multiple 6-figure business. I'm going to show up as that person. And then I start asking myself questions like, how would that person show up? Right? Like, what would that person do today? What would that person be thinking today? How would that person be operating from? What would they be feeling? So I'm like, I'm showing up like the person who has a six-figure business, or I'm showing up like the person who has a six-figure job. Or if you can't get to that, it could be something like, I'm showing up like the person who has a six-figure job. Would show up, or I'm going to show up like the person who has a multiple 6-figure business would show up, right? And that is going to create different things in your present, right? And also what it does is it makes it so that the event happening is not the thing that gets you motivated. It's you showing up as the person who has it because that's what you ultimately need to become and ultimately what you need to practice and rehearse being until The event happens in your life. And so then you are actually showing up as the person you need to be, right? You're showing up as the person who is creating this now in this moment. And that person is going to do things and say things in a different way than the person who is not believing it, or the person who's either just unaware. of their past conditionings, which is most people. Okay, now not you because you're listening to this podcast, but most people are very unaware that they have so much subconscious programming from the past that actually creates more struggle and counteracts their hard work. Like, it cancels out their hard work almost, right? Because you can't out-action negative Beliefs are like completely opposite beliefs. You can't out action them. You can't do enough to make up for them. You have to pull them out from the root. You have to create them from the root. You have to recreate them. So you kind of have to pull out the weeds and then plant new seeds, basically. And if you don't know that you have to do that, then you're just kind of irritated that your garden's all weedy, but you're not really doing anything about it, right? And That's what we do in coaching, right? We pull out the weeds and we plant new seeds, and then those new seeds start to grow, and then wonderful things start to happen. And that becomes now your pattern. That becomes now who you are, is somebody who's like, I expect to hit my goal, right? And I'm confident that I will be able to figure out, no matter what happens, I will be okay kind of thing, right? Like, instead of having this anxiety all the time around— the catastrophizing thinking, which we tend to do a lot of. So I wanted to share with you those 3 versions of yourself and then zeroing in on the present version of like where you are right now. That's important because it's not about just visualizing the end result. It's actually more about visualizing who you become as a person and what actions that person takes as they're becoming the person who has landed the 6-figure job or has created the 6-figure business. Right. So for me recently, when I'm asking myself these questions, the answers that are coming to me are the value that I'm adding to people, the way that I'm showing up for people, the way that I'm answering people's questions, the way that I'm believing in my clients and the people who are along with me on this journey. It's like, how am I showing up for them? How am I showing up? Like, in general, I'm showing up more. And because that's what I believe that person would do who has my future success, and that it feels very congruent to me. It feels very aligned to me, and regardless of the results I'm getting day to day, right? Because I'm like, I know this is not a one-day thing, right? I know this is not like going to change very quickly. When I look at the trajectory, it's on. It's been on the upward trend. It did have one. Dip when I had a baby that year, I made less money, but I definitely have been on the upward trend and know that I will continue that with daily work. Right? It's like I know that's what how it works. I know that's what happens when you do this work. So that's why I say when you become a master of the work or a student of the work inside my program, I'm like oh, I wish I had this work when I was in school. Like I wish this had been my curriculum in school instead of a lot of pointless things I learned. in school that now have just completely fallen out of my brain. But anyway, this— these are the life skills that I really needed because I'm like, I— if I had started putting these into practice earlier, holy crap. But now that I know them, I'm grateful. And I'm also thinking, well, I did accomplish a lot even without these tools. So now it's like awesome because we can, we can create so much more and I can help so many other people too. So there we have it. What I would like you to focus on is asking yourself those questions for your present self, right? So pick your goal, what you're focused on right now. Like say, okay, I'm getting a six-figure job. That's what I'm working on. How would the person who has that show up today, right? How— what would they think and what would they feel? And if you don't know the answers to those questions, That's normal. I didn't know the answers to those questions in the beginning either, right? But we can know what they're not, right? So probably not sitting on the couch watching Netflix, probably not sleeping all day. I mean, maybe you need to rest one day. That's okay. Maybe you would. Maybe sometimes I'm like, yeah, sometimes I had an easy day and I did sleep or nap and I didn't do a lot of work. I was recharging. So yeah, let's say this is unique to you. Okay. So I'm not, I'm just using examples, but Like, probably wouldn't be like taking no action for a month, right? And just feeling in a depressed state, right? Or like feeling very sad for a month, or just what would you be feeling? Probably be feeling motivation, excitement, inspiration. And where would that come from? It would have to come from thoughts you were thinking, right? So the thoughts would be, I'm showing up like the person who has this 6-figure job today. How would that person show up? And getting really curious about that, right? And then the actions from there will come. You will see they will get really clear as to what they are, right? So for me, it's been a lot of action on showing up. Sometimes I'm inspired to write things, I'm inspired to make a video, or it's something I'll say on the coaching calls that come up, or it's this podcast that I'm recording right now, right? That came from An idea of me asking myself that question, right? And just knowing that that's the pattern that you now create is asking yourself that question and answering it, and then doing what comes from the answer will create the future that you want, right? Versus there's so many alternatives of what you could create instead, which is, you know, not having the self-awareness, not doing any of this work, not Paying attention to your subconscious patterns, doing the same things over and over and over again. I think one of the main things, the main things that it's like, it feels like it can never get repeated enough is applying the old-fashioned way alone, just applying for jobs through Easy Apply or through Indeed or through LinkedIn or through a website where there's no human doing just that. Is the lowest level activity anybody could do right now. And yet so many people are still doing it that way and are totally clueless as to why they are going to lose their house because they couldn't get a job. Like, it's— and I'm like, this is because they haven't been enlightened or someone hasn't told them. But I mean, like, that's not new information. I mean, I'm not the only Coach who's telling people that that isn't working right. It's like I've asked people. I'm like, "Well, why did you keep doing it?" Because even smart people do this thing over and over, and me too. Like I tell my story about how I tried for almost a year without having anybody buy anything from me, and I was still trying. And it's because I was doing the same thing over and over and over, and it wasn't working because someone told me they're like, "Oh, just do it again. Just do it again. Just do it again." Yeah, just keep going. It'll work. Just keep going. Hang in there. Yeah, it'll work. Someone will hire you. Someone will buy. Like, just keep going. And it's like now that advice makes me so irritated. It's like no, that is like really crap advice by itself, right? It's like keep going, yes, but there's so much nuance to how you keep going, right? So it's like there's like a hundred lessons in every failure that we may not even get one of. Right? If we're not looking for it, if we don't know how to harvest it, if we don't understand what we missed, it's not just about keep going. It's so much more than that, right? So now I see, and that's why I'm not judging. I just like to tell you that I'm not judging if you do the same things over and over that don't work, because I did it too. And I think it has to do with the fact that we didn't know, because at the time And like, if someone had said, oh, you need to try this instead, you need to try this or try this, I would've been trying all that. Right. But I just didn't know that. And at the time, the mentor that I hired or the people that I was working with were, they didn't have that insight for me either, or at least they didn't give it to me or I didn't ask the question right or something. But it's, it was just a lot of wasted time and frustration and it just felt like I was running in place. And that means like you're expending energy, but you're not moving. And that's what it felt like. So I really don't want people to feel like that anymore, which is why when we are on the Tuesday coaching calls in the program, it's so refreshing to have somebody bring their problem and then be able to retool the problem and give a completely different perspective and shift so that they can walk away with their learnings from, you know, either why they failed or why they're stuck or why they aren't getting the results they want from that. And then giving them something brand new to try on, right? Something brand new to think in a different way so that they can move forward. And those are the breakthroughs that get people to the success of— like, inevitably they will get to the success if you keep coming and getting breakthroughs and you keep getting learnings. You will inevitably get to the success. That is just how it works, right? But if you don't, if you're just doing the same thing over and over and you don't have someone to point out anything new to you and you don't have any other alternative in your mind but to do the same thing over and over, then you're just going to struggle for a long, long time. And you might even give up and then settle or do something else, or, you know, sell your house or whatever. And maybe you didn't have to do that because there was different ways you could have looked at the situation to create a way better outcome for yourself. So that's my holistic approach philosophy for success is asking yourself and really doing that deep dive on who you need to be. Who is that person that you need to be to create that result you want to create? And what does that person think? And what does that person feel? And what does that person do, right? And so an easy one that I just thought of actually is if, say, so this is me right now, I am actively Losing weight. I was going to say trying, but I corrected myself. I'm like, I'm actively losing weight. And so I'm asking myself that question of like, how would the version of me who weighs 150 pounds show up today? And so 150 pounds is my goal weight. And so I would be like, how would I show up today? How, like, what would I do? And so the answer is clear. My thinking would be like, I would work out. I would do my workout and I would have all the thoughts that support my workout being really important, you know. So I have all these thoughts that I've been working on for a while, you know. When I work out, I sleep better, I feel better, I'm stronger, I'm able to lift up my daughter more easily, I have more energy. It's just I feel so much better about sitting all day because I sit a lot at the desk. And, and so when I do a really good workout, it makes me feel less guilty about sitting. Just all these thoughts that I've collected Like, oh, I can get it done really fast. I'm using this app from home where I just turn it on. It's like 36 minutes and I'm done, and then I just shower. So it's like an hour all around. So it's pretty good timing. So I can't use the excuse of like, oh, it's going to take too long. I don't have time right now. It's like, nope, you're just in and out. You're done. It's quick, right? So I'm building up all these thoughts. So the version of me who weighs 150 pounds, that's what she would think. And she would just automatically think all those things. She wouldn't question it, and she would just do the workout. She would feel not always motivated— like, that's realistic— not always motivated to do the workout. However, her underlying thought and belief is, yeah, I'm gonna do the workout. It used to be the opposite, right? It used to be like, nah, who am I kidding? I don't think I'm gonna work out today. But now it's, no, I'm gonna do the workout. I know I'm gonna do the workout. Oh, you know you're gonna do it. Just do it, right? That's my new kind of talk to myself, and which is complete opposite to what it used to be, which was like, no, you're probably not gonna do it. So like, yeah, you can just forget about it because you're not gonna do it today. Now it's the opposite. Now it's like, well, yeah, you're gonna do it. You've been doing it for 5 months now, or 6 months. I don't remember when I started it, but you're like, of course you're gonna do it. So that's my new talk, right? And so even if I'm not motivated, it doesn't matter because I don't need motivation to do it. I will just do it, and I find that when I have a really good one and I have a really good day, I am motivated to do the next one. If I don't have such a good day, and maybe I overeat a bit, then I'm less motivated. But it doesn't matter because I'm still doing it. So that's how that person thinks. That's how the 150-pound version of me thinks, and how she feels, and what she does in that particular category of my life. Right? That's a really easy example to kind of solidify this. Right? Versus. The old version of me who wasn't going to lose this weight would be thinking things like, yeah, it doesn't matter. Ah, you can skip a day. Ah, you worked hard yesterday, right? Instead of the version who does have it will be thinking different things, right? So hopefully there's enough examples in here. I love to provide examples because I feel like it really drives the point home. But whatever your goal is, whatever your career goal is, whatever your next thing that you want to accomplish is, Ask yourself that. Like, what would that version of you who creates it— how would they show up? What would they do? What would they feel? Right? And just if the answers don't come easily, like, keep asking the question and maybe look around at other people who are doing that thing that you want to do. Like, ask them, you know, what do you think? How do you think about that? How do you feel day to day? Why? Like, what, what gets you to work out Even when you don't feel like it, right? Because, you know, we can see people who are really ripped and in really, really good shape, and like, obviously they work out very consistently. I can guarantee that on— that they don't want to every day. Like, I can guarantee that they don't every single day are like, yes. They just have wired new neural pathways subconsciously to just be like, okay, well, it doesn't matter that I don't want to because I'm going to do it anyway. Like, I'm just— that doesn't matter, right? And it's kind of like one of the podcasts I listened to. She was saying, she's like, hey, if it's like if I said I'm going to pick up my kids from school, I'm not contemplating whether I'm going to pick them up. I'm obviously going to pick them up. It's not like I'm like, oh, maybe I won't pick them up today. You know, like, yeah, it's like you have to think about it like that. It's like eventually you get to the point where you're like, no, of course I'm going to do the workout. Like, I would never even consider not doing the workout, right? Like. I know I have my rest day on Sunday or whatever days I have resting, or like, you, you don't even have to have specific days worked out. Sometimes I just say, like, if I'm really, really sore the next day, I'll say, no, I'm gonna, I'm gonna take a break today, legitimately honest with myself. But then I'll do it on like Saturday or something. But like, my goal is to do 4 times a week, right? That's my new goal. I had been doing 2 to 4, and like, now I'm like, you know what, I'm ready to just do 4. 4 times a week. So whatever your goal is, you can be flexible within the week, but just be like, you know what, I'm gonna work out 4 times a week. It doesn't matter what days or what times, that's just my commitment, right? So like, whatever works for you, you can work within flexibility. It doesn't have to be like, so like, you have to get up at 5 AM and you have to do it every day at 5 AM exactly, and then you have to drink this thing and then you have to do a cold plunge. No, no, no, you do not have to do that to be successful. You can work out in a way that works for you, however you enjoy, and you can do it 30 minutes 2 or 4 times a week, whatever you set the parameters of what's doable for you. And then you can be flexible within there as long as you get it done. Right. So anyways, lots of different ways to do that. I'm going off on a tangent, but you can apply that same thing to whatever your goal is. Right. So, and if you're in my program, you can apply that to the program. You can say, okay, I'm going to use, I'm going to do the opportunity stacking. I'm going to apply that for, you know, this many times, this, Like in this week, and this is my goal. And so you can just create flexibility within a structure. That's like been my favorite way to do it because I'm not, I'm not a super structured person. But if I have flexibility within the structure, I'm like, oh yeah, I feel free enough to do what I want, but I'm still getting the things done that I need to get done. And that's what will drive me forward initially, essentially. So there we go. Okay, it went on a little bit longer talking about working out. Sorry about that, but Essentially, all these principles are the same, right? So you can apply them to wherever you are right now in your career, your life, your job search, your business, your future self who has the business you want. So, because trust me, I wasn't always there. It's been a journey to get here. It's been a journey of becoming a student of the work and just becoming the person who achieves goals and knows how to do them. And I'd love to help you do that too. All right, that's the end of the episode for today. Thank you for listening. Have a great week. Hey, have you left me a review yet? If not, leaving me one now comes with an awesome bonus perk.
