Nichole Briscoe tours a mobile home with land in a secret showing because the owner doesn't want tenants to know it's for sale. The team checks for floor damage, roof leaks, water damage, and heater condition while joking about needing disguises.
Y'all, so I'm on my way to see this mobile home and I really want this property, right? Been looking at it for a while and it's— it has some land, right? So mobile home with land package deal. But the owner is like, I don't want the tenants to know I'm trying to sell it. They cause me too much trouble. What, you know, how can I let you see this property without them knowing that you're trying to buy?
I can wear a different shirt, that is no problem. He's like, no, I just want to make sure that they understand That you're not— I'm like, well, what you want me to do, sir? You want me to wear a wig? And I started laughing, y'all. He got quiet. No worries. So he told y'all I'm the property appraiser. Hey, how are you?
All right. Yep, there's some, uh, you see floor damage here.
Just let me know when you want— have y'all had any issues with the roof leaking or anything? No, no water.
Did the water get everywhere?
It was like up in the ceilings. I'll show you where it was.
This is how our heater is after it
