Woo, child, y'all come with me to this tax sale auction. I was super excited about this auction because it was 2 mobile homes with land on the property that I was interested in. But as you can see, there were so many people here, y'all. The bids were coming in. The 2 properties that I wanted, one got sold for $65,000, the other one sold for about $50,000. But I watched 3 different parcels of land get sold for less than $5,000. Shout out to my mentor Lady D who put me on To go to these auctions to start bidding. But y'all, guess what? I got a lead while I was at the freaking auction. You gotta remember, everybody here is a cash buyer. So baby, the ones that was putting in the top bids, guess what we did?
