Have you ever defined your ideal day? If not, then check out this video. Today's 1-minute book tip is going to come from Live It by Jeric Robbins. I loved this book. I've been focusing a lot on purpose, and one fantastic exercise is called the ideal day exercise. As you go through this exercise, you'll define what is your ideal day. When you wake up in the morning, what are you feeling? What are you looking forward to? What are you creating? What are you building? What's your mission? What's your purpose? What are you going to have for breakfast? Who are you going to eat breakfast with? As you go through this day and as you progress throughout your day, you'll realize there are some big differences between where you are today and what your ideal day looks like. So working backwards, what are some things you could start to change? What are some things that you could start to implement to get closer to that ideal day? And then you'll live a more purpose-filled life. And that is today's book tip.
