Nick Hutchison discovered Mark Manson's The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fck at an airport in 2017 and was surprised by how good it was. The book's core idea: a life without problems is boring. Instead, seek good problems that push you to grow, even when you fail.

Have you read The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck by Mark Manson? Do you judge books by their covers? I know that I used to. I actually read this book for the first time back in 2017. I was stranded in an international airport. I had nobody to talk to, and this book was all the rage back then because of this word in the COVID So I gave it a shot, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It's a great book, and so is the follow-up to this book. Now back to today's lesson. The lesson that I really loved from this book is that you don't want a life full of no problems. That's boring, and you can't really grow that much if you have no problems in your day-to-day life. You want a life full of good problems, problems that will elevate you, cause you to be a better person. Good problems are problems that when you attempt them and you fail, you still go, uh, go through a growth process. You elevate yourself. You have to step up. That is the kind of life you want to live.
