For somebody who's listening who's like, okay, sprouts sound awesome, this seems great. What's the, like, the easiest, what's the simplest way somebody could get started today? Like, they're listening to this, they put down their phone and they can go out. What is the first thing that they can do to just start down this journey of sprouting?
I think you get a mason jar, you get a special lid that costs a couple dollars or some cheesecloth and a rubber band. And then you just go online and buy some organic sprouting seeds. Hundreds of varieties available, tons of sources. And I would say you'd get a real competitive advantage by my book, The Sprout Book. But also I put out so much free content that you don't need that. I do have, and I'll put this out there, I have a sprouting masterclass coming up in April that's coming out at One Commune. So it's a 5-part series and I go deep on sprouts. Like people will know, I wish I could have taken my class, you know, when I started the journey.
