I'm gonna give you guys 3 steps right now, guys and gals, 3 steps to create affirmations that are results-oriented, practical, and actionable. Number 1, affirm what you're committed to. So going back to the example of instead of saying, I am a millionaire, if you're not, say, I am committed to becoming a millionaire, or I am committed to earning blank dollars this year. What are you committed to? Because you don't get what you want just because you want it. And you definitely don't get something that you tell you you already have if you don't have it. We get in life what we're committed to. Step number 2 for affirmations to write these out. Why is that outcome that you're committed to? Why is that crucial to you? Why is it crucial? Why is it deeply meaningful? Why is it a must? That why, that reason is where you get the leverage to do whatever it takes to, you know, for me, it's my family. Like being here to support my family is usually one of my main driving forces. And I'm willing to overcome my inner resistance, my procrastination because of not just the outcome, but reminding myself why I'm doing what I'm doing. And then number 3, which specific actions will you take? Win.
