One tool for implementing a habit that you talk about in the book is mantras. And so what is a mantra for anybody in the audience that's not familiar with it?
A mantra is just something that you repeat over and over to yourself. And, you know, I heard a great thing about how worrying is actually a mantra, you know, and before you can write a mantra to help you with your habit, it's very good to look at the mantras you're already working with that have kept you from having that habit. So in this book and in all my other books, I talk about how my mantra used to be, I can't afford it. And when I decided, you know, when I busted myself on that, I was like, well, no wonder I don't have any money because I always say I can't afford it. So, one of the first things I did was every time I wanted to say that, I would say, money flows to me easily and freely. And it was that shifting of the mantra and trying to prove that to myself and looking for proof of that that really started to shift my reality.
