The author of this book literally escaped from the island of Alcatraz all the way to San Francisco. He swam through those shark-infested waters. Why did he do that? Well, it was part of the Alcatraz Triathlon. The lesson here is that you can do amazing things such as swimming over a mile in shark-infested waters when you put your mind to a specific goal. Now, this author has done a lot of other amazing things in business and in life with this same mindset. You have to have a clear destination in your mind. So if you don't feel like you're built to finish, well, I recommend this book. Built to Finish, and you can accomplish a lot more than you're giving yourself credit for today.
