I cannot stand people that hate on the personal development industry. I mean, you hear things like it's all get-rich-quick schemes and snake oil salespeople and self-help is a joke. But I think you're a joke because hating on somebody who's working to improve themselves is the most toxic behavior and the most toxic mindset humanly possible. It's like going to the gym, finding the person who just started their membership and saying, why are you even here? What's even the point? No, they just started their health journey and you should have so much love for them. The self-help industry is full of the richest people in the world, smartest people in the world, the healthiest people in the world, the happiest people in the world. And if you don't think you have something to learn from any of them, again, I think you're in a very sad spot and you should probably pick up a self-help book.
