This author wasn't the Wolf of Wall Street, but he was the Wolf of Main Street. One of my favorite lessons from this book is that you should have more fun. Work doesn't need to be this super uptight, always in a tie type of environment. In fact, the author of this book, Built to Finish, Steven Pivnik, would go out after work and socialize with his employees, build genuine relationships, trade stories, have fun, get to know them. And that's a thing that I'd like to continue to implement in the culture at BookThinkers. We're not trying to change the world by being so strict. We're trying to change the world by having fun, by making social media a more positive and constructive place by introducing all of you to amazing books like this.
