It sounds like action is probably the solution. Would you agree? Absolutely, Nick. I mean, it's— inaction is, it's like a plague inside of an organization. And what I mean by that is, look, I always say the leader's job really boils down to 2 things. One is identifying and removing as many barriers that stand in the way of your team being excellent. That's number one. And then number 2 is to inspire the team to deliver in spite of the barriers you weren't able to remove, because you can't take everything out of the system. There's always going to be challenge, right? See something, do something. I always made it a habit to connect with the frontline people of my organization. And when you're dealing with or leading an organization of 15,000, 14,000 people, you know, you have a lot of ground to cover. So every single month, I would go to a different location, and I would make it a point to sit with all layers of the organization. Because deeper down in the organization, those on the frontline, those that typically interact with the consumers, they have the best solutions, they have the best suggestions. That is a recipe for improvement that must be seized. And that's why taking action is so important in us improving our Progress.
