This video is for all the small business owners out there like me. I am implementing EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, which comes from this book, Traction. Now, I tried to self-implement a few years ago, didn't work out so well, but I hired a certified EOS implementer, somebody to help me take the concepts from this book, Traction by Gino Wickman, and implement them into BookThinkers. Slowly. We're calling it turtle innovation. Shout out to Dan, my integrator, for coming up with that term. This process works. It has worked for tens of thousands of businesses before Book Thinkers. I am not smarter than all of those businesses that have become successful using this system. And I just wanted to share that because I think this is such a good representation of why books change lives and they change businesses. Other people have condensed decades of their greatest experience into days. We get to read these books, we get to implement them, sometimes with a little bit of external help, and then they get to change our businesses forever.
