This book has a system that beats EOS and every other platform out there. I'm so happy that I got my hands on an early copy of this. It launches on October 14th, and it blew my mind in so many different ways. It is called The Strength of Talent, and it's by author Mike Goldman. Mike taught me that potential is an excuse for people who aren't performing yet, and that the number one driver of profit in a business is people. We need to invest in our people, and that's not done by sending people off to corporate programs, But it's by measuring their activity and holding them accountable to the performance that they are capable of. One of my favorite lines early in the book says, quote, a great strategy with the wrong people will fail every time. A mediocre strategy with the right people will succeed every time. When I think about growing Book Thinkers in 2026, I think about putting better people systems in place. I'm going to implement this system. And no, it's not just going to take a couple of days or a couple of weeks or a couple of months. It's a little bit more intense than that. But this business, Book Thinkers, impacts a lot of people, and I'm taking it seriously. And this book is the kind of book that will help me grow it the right way.
