Here's how much revenue Book Thinkers did in 2023, about $500,000 in revenue. And as the leader of this agency, it's my job to set a goal for 2024. And I'd love to double revenue. I'd love to do $1 million next year. And so as I've been thinking about this, I thought, what resources can help me achieve that much more efficiently? And I came across this book, 10X Is Easier Than 2X by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy. And so I've been listening to this book and I am totally convinced that 10X is actually easier than 2X. So instead of aiming for $1 million next year, I have to behave like the goal is $5 million, right? A 10x on revenue. And when I start to behave like that, my actions will make it so much easier to achieve the million-dollar mark.
