What gratitude practices do you have in your routine?

Speaker B practices gratitude by staying fully present instead of multitasking, then noticing the unseen people behind everyday things like a meal. Real gratitude comes from that awareness, not from forcing yourself to feel thankful.

Do you have any practices around gratitude that you participate in on a daily basis? Do you journal? Do you try to express gratitude to the people around you? What does that look like? How has it manifested for you after this realization?
So my practice is, there's a power in staying present. Modernity has convinced us that multitasking is the thing. The problem with multitasking is, is that you don't have full attention in anything that you're doing, right? So the depth of your presence in that moment is limited. So by staying present in the moment and seeing and fully Realizing, you know, what is making this moment possible. That gives me all the authentic reasons for gratitude. The secret sauce to gratitude is not that it's a should. We should on ourselves all the time. That's what society encourages us to do. But there's no juice in that. It needs to come from you. If you accept the fact that you're eating today because hundreds of people, maybe thousands of people you don't even know, participated in that action, the next stranger you meet, that person could be one of them, right?
