There's a chapter in the book called Your Number One Superpower, and it's all about gratitude. Yeah, I mean, I'm a huge, huge, huge fan of being grateful. I suppose when you've found yourself staring down the barrel of a gun, you can't help but be grateful. So I'm super grateful for the smallest of things. And for me, actually, another easy utility is just go out, sit down, you know, take your shoes off and ground and just sit down on the earth and just listen to the birds, check out the scytharism of the wind through the trees, you know, just that simple stuff and start there and then build up, you know. Yes. But when we do that, what are we not doing? Well, I'm not thinking about life in the matrix, which is fundamentally the point.
