Have you ever heard of the poem Two Wolves? It's one of my absolute favorites. It kind of goes like this. There's an old Cherokee grandfather talking to his grandson and he says, hey grandson, do you know there's a fight inside of all of us between 2 wolves? One represents ego and greed, nastiness. The other represents light, positivity, altruism, grace, gratitude, and they're always fighting. And the grandson looks up and says, well, which one wins? And he says, The one you feed. And that's a reminder that we need to talk to ourselves positively. We need to feed the positive emotions. There's so much hate and division out there. And so, I actually got this tattoo right here of the 2 wolves. One representing life and fulfillment, happiness, positivity, and the other representing the more shallow sides of ourselves. So, which one are you feeding?
