I know for a long time I struggled with saying no, and I was very bad at saying no. And so in the book, you have a ton of great recommendations for people, especially around time. I mean, time is really tough. Let's say you want to stay in on a Friday night and read a book because you're starting a business and all of your friends say, no, come out for just a drink. And like, what are some of the recommendations that you have for gracefully saying no to people?

As long as you're being a good friend, that's, that's all you can do.
