Nick Perry shares five upgrades under $100 each that boost guest satisfaction: scented trash bags, bathroom spray, touchless soap dispenser, disposable hand towels, and a plug-in air freshener. These small touches signal care and cleanliness, potentially preventing a week's vacancy.
These 5 things make any guest never want to leave your property. Number 1: Scented trash bags. It costs you almost nothing, but it tells the tenant you actually care about the details. Number 2: A bathroom spray next to the toilet. No explanation needed. Number 3: A touchless soap dispenser. Looks clean, works better, makes the unit feel modern without a renovation. Number 4: Disposable hand towels instead of a cloth towel rack. Same thing hotels do. Short-term tenants notice that. And number 5, a plug-in air freshener. Pick one scent and keep it consistent between turnovers. It becomes part of the unit's identity. These 5 things cost you less than $100 and 1 week's vacancy. So remember that
