Nick Perry says AI has already displaced accountants, lawyers, and graphic designers. A new tool called Make It AI lets anyone generate complete house plans with furniture and switch between styles like minimal or modern. Interior designers need to adopt AI or prepare for a world that needs universal basic income.
AI killed accountants, lawyers, graphic designers, and now it's coming after interior designers because this tool made it so that even a toddler can design a home like a professional. It's called Make It AI, and it allows you to explore and create house plans to get a preview of the— from inside the different bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor, and kitchens. And it allows you to add furniture along with adjusting the feel of your home to match your aesthetic, like keeping it minimal or modern. So if you like architecture, interior design, I'd try to figure out how to integrate AI into your workflow or enjoy UBI.
