Never open ChatGPT again until you check the file it's been quietly keeping on you. Because it's been building a profile from everything you type, like your income, where you live, and even your insecurities. So open it up and ask it these 4 things: 1. Lay out everything you've stored and remember about me. Names, work, habits, preferences, and don't leave anything out. 2. Tell me what you've figured out about me that I never actually said, and what tipped you off. 3. Name the personality traits I probably don't see in myself, and be blunt about it. 4. Predict how I'd handle stress, money, and conflict, and tell me how confident you are in each one. Then to erase it, go to your profile. Open personalization, scroll down to memory, and delete the ones you don't want. Which is exactly why I said never open it again until you've seen what it's keeping on you.
