Nick Perry shows how to kill an entire ant colony with a $2 DIY bait: mix 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, and 3/4 tablespoon borax, soak cotton balls in it, and place them where ants appear. The ants carry the poison back to the nest and wipe it out from inside.

If you've got these fuckers in your rentals, don't call this guy. Instead, do this one thing to wipe 'em out. First, get 3/4 cup of water. Second, mix 1/4 cup of sugar. Third, mix 3/4 tablespoon of borax. And finally, stir it until it dissolves. Then just soak a few cotton balls in the mix and drop them anywhere you see ants coming out. They carry it back to their nest, wiping the entire colony out from the inside.
