A short, motivational monologue by Nick Perry arguing that entrepreneurship is not a typical 9–5 job but a 24/7 pursuit driven by urgency, obsession, and outcomes. He emphasizes working additional hours, showing up when others rest, and using time as the competitive advantage required to win.

I've never met a real entrepreneur who works eight hours a day, Monday to Friday. Entrepreneurship doesn't run on a clock. It runs on urgency, obsession, and outcomes. You work the hours you need to work and still show up on the days others take off. Because to beat the rest, you use what you've got, and that's your time. When others are resting, you're building. When they slow down, you go harder. That's the price, and that's what it takes to win.
