In this video, Nick Perry gives a walkthrough of his real‑estate company’s headquarters, describing the space as the nerve‑center for his executive team while the rest of the staff works remotely. He highlights the office’s décor—local murals, a basketball hoop, a fridge stocked with mineral water and Go‑Gurts, a ping‑pong table, a lounge, and a shared courtyard with Grant Cardone’s training building. Perry explains that he runs five monitors powering multiple AI agents that automate tasks he once paid people to do. He recounts his personal journey from a broke personal trainer in Austin to closing his first deal after a year of no income, scaling to over 1,500 transactions in 12‑13 years, and achieving early retirement at 33, which he later left to avoid stagnation. The video blends a physical office tour, operational tech insights, company performance metrics, and motivational advice about continual level‑up and closing deals.

Hey, if your coach doesn't have an office, he ain't really a coach. You can't be working from home and be a boss. Let's go. This is our real estate operation right here. Want to Sell Now. You can see the logo. We've been in business for 12 going on 13 years. We've done over 1,500 transactions, tens of millions of dollars in real estate right from this office. So we've got our CEO, COO, we've got all of our executives sitting here, and then the rest of our team, they all work remote. So this is kind of our nerve center where our executive team works. You can see we got all the local murals in here. We got the basketball. You know, it wouldn't be an MTV Cribs tour if you didn't show the fridge. There's nothing in here. We got different mineral waters, different Go-Gurts. That's about it. This is my office over here. You can see we got 5 monitors, so I'm running multiple AI agents across all these different computers, taking care of a lot of the work that I used to have to pay people to do, done here on these computers here locally now. This office mural was actually made by a local artist here. Really tells the company history of how I started, how I was able to get to where I'm at. I started in Austin, Texas, had nothing. I was a broke personal trainer, realized real estate's probably a better vehicle for me if I really want to create wealth. 80% of millionaires come from real estate. So I jumped into that, went for an entire year without any money, no deals, nothing. And then I finally got my first deal, rolled that money into the second deal all the way to where we are now. And it allowed me to actually retire at a very young age. When I was 33 years old, I was able to delegate off all my responsibilities, fire myself from my own company. And it allowed me to travel the world. I've been to all 7 continents. I've lived in Panama City, Panama, lived in Mexico and Cancun on the beach. And then I got bored. To retire is to expire. Any of you guys that are looking for early retirement, you're gonna get bored. As men, we need targets. We gotta keep leveling up. So decided, hey, let's get back to the States. Let's open another office. And so we brought this office to life and we're taking everything to the next level now. So show you guys the rest of the office. We've got the ping pong table over here. We're playing some competitive ping pong in here. We've got a lounge area over here. It's just a great place to just get a lot of work done and really take it to the next level. So check out this over here. So this courtyard, we actually share this with Grant Cardone. This is Grant Cardone's building that we're in right now. So across the way here, that's where they do all their trainings. They bring in people from all over the country every week. It's just a really inspiring atmosphere to work. So if you guys are looking to level up, Just keep closing deals. Make sure you stay hitting the gong. You guys have seen the office, seen what's in the fridge, you've seen the gong. Now, not saying you gotta go home, but you can't stay here. See your way out.
