Hey, open up, open up. You need to never, ever hire anyone before you have these 3 things written down. Number 1, how the work is supposed to get done, because no process means constant mistakes and you answering the same questions over and over. Number 2, how you measure their performance. For example, in sales, it would be how many dials they have made. If you never define what good looks like, you can never correct what isn't good, than the one that causes the most arguments. Number 3: The money, the salary, the commission, payment dates, etc. Everything needs to be clear from day one.
