Nick Perry warns against three plumbing parts: cheap adjustable toilet fill valves that fail fast, plastic toilet handles that snap easily, and accordion-style sink drains that trap debris and smell. Skip them to avoid expensive repairs.

Never ever ever put these 3 plumbing parts in your property, especially number 3. It's the worst. Number 1 is the cheap adjustable fill valve for your toilet because they fail fast. Number 2 are plastic toilet handles because while they may be cheap, they snap and are a nightmare to adjust. And finally, number 3, those accordion-style sink drains. They trap gunk in every ridge. Your whole kitchen starts smelling like a sewer.
